Not every actor is super rich, but those who are have started to help out the less fortunate among them. Dwayne Johnson got the ball rolling by donating $1M to the SAG-AFTRA emergency fund. That was quickly matched by other A-listers including George Clooney, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, Matt Damon, Leonardo DiCaprio, Hugh Jackman, Nicole Kidman, Julia Roberts, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Meryl Streep, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck. The emergency fund can deliver grants of up to $1500 per member, however a lifetime union member could receive up to $6K in emergency assistance if they are in serious jeopardy. Reportedly, the SAG-AFTRA Foundation is processing more than 30 times their usual number of applications for emergency aid. They received 400 applications in the last week alone.

Cardi B will not face charges for throwing her microphone at a fan who doused her with water, as Cardi had requested. Apparently, Cardi wanted the water tossed only on her lower half. However, the woman in the audience had bad aim and the water hit Cardi in the face. Cardi retaliated by hurling a metal object at the woman’s head. But based on their investigation, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has determined that Cardi didn’t commit a criminal offense, and the case will not be referred to the DA. Meantime, the audio production company is auctioning off Cardi’s microphone on eBay, promising to split the proceeds between two charities. The auction concludes on Tuesday, and at last check, the highest bid is $99,900.

According to Simon & Schuster, Britney Spears’ upcoming memoir is “a moving story about freedom, fame, motherhood, survival, faith, and hope.” But according to sources, former flames Justin Timberlake and Colin Farrell are more than worried about what she’s written about them. In fact, their legal teams reportedly insisted the book be delayed until they had a chance to read it. As a result, the book’s release date was bumped back FOUR MONTHS to Oct. 24. Does it REALLY take that long for lawyers to read a memoir? When they’re getting paid by the hour, it does! Britney reportedly is furious that she’s now being forced to remove certain passages from her book, but if she doesn’t, she’ll face an ugly legal battle from Justin and Colin.

It looks like Tom Brady and Irina Shayk’s relationship is more than just a couple sleepovers. A week after Tom was seen picking up Irina at her hotel in LA for back-to-back spend-the-night parties, Page Six found out the two of them had a private sushi dinner in Tribeca. So this relationship has now become bi-coastal! An eyewitness told Page Six they were sitting at the sushi counter when Tom walked in and was immediately escorted to a private room. A few minutes later, Irina came in and was immediately ushered to the same room. The source said, “it was just the two of them. They were just in their own little world. They clearly didn’t want to be around people.”

Lizzo reportedly has hired high-powered attorney Marty Singer to represent her in her legal battle against three former dancers accusing her of sexual harassment, weight-shaming, false imprisonment and creating a hostile work environment. If that name sounds familiar, Marty has represented a number of celebrities involved in scandals. In 2012, he represented John Travolta, who faced a $2M sexual battery lawsuit filed by two massage therapists. In 2018, he represented Jim Carey, who was accused of providing illegal drugs to his late girlfriend Cathriona White. And just last year, Marty represented Ricky Martin, whose nephew sued him for an incestuous relationship and psychological abuse. The nephew ended up dropping the charges. And on an episode of “The Kardashians” Kim called Marty when her son Saint found an ad promising unreleased footage from her sex tape with Ray J.
