Scandoval has breathed new life into “Vanderpump Rules,” including some of its former cast members. Bravo reportedly is working on a show spinoff featuring former cast members Jax Taylor, his wife Brittany Cartwright, and Kristen Doute. A source told Page Six that nothing has been finalized yet, but if this works out, they would start with an 8-episode season.

Jaden Smith was invited to speak at the Psychedelic Science conference in Denver a few days ago. Jaden really loves psychedelic drugs and he credits his mom Jada Pinkett Smith with introducing them to the family. He said, “I think it was my mom, actually, that was really the first one to make that step for the family. It was just her for a really, really long time and then eventually it just trickled and evolved and everybody found it in their own ways.” Jaden said that using psychedelics helped his relationships with his siblings, Trey and Willow. He explained, “Siblings can argue so much and fight so much, and lord knows me and my siblings have done so much of that in the past. But the level of love and empathy that I can feel for them inside of the (psychedelic) experiences and outside of the experiences has been something that’s profound and beautiful. It will actually help us to open up our minds to get out of the old ways of thinking that got us into lots of these arguments and open it up so that it just releases and makes room for you to work it out and massage it out until it’s completely gone.”

Page Six was first to report that Pete Davidson voluntarily checked himself into rehab after struggling with his borderline personality disorder and PTSD. This reportedly is the same treatment center where Pete’s buddy John Mulaney went to get help for his alcohol and drug issues. This source told Page Six, “Pete regularly goes to rehab for ‘tune ups’ and to take a mental break, so that’s what’s happening.” Pete’s been under a lot of stress lately. Earlier this month he was charged with one count of reckless driving after crashing his car into a house in Beverly Hills. He also was forced to apologize to the head of PETA after leaving a raging message on her answering machine when he was criticized for buying a dog instead of adopting.

They say things happen in threes. First, Bebe Rexha was hit in the face by a flying cellphone in NYC. Then, Ava Max was slapped across the face by a fan in LA. And now Kelsea Ballerini gets pelted in the face in Boise??? Kelsea was performing “If You Go Down” at the Idaho Botanical Garden in Boise, Idaho, yesterday when something came flying through the air and hit her in or around her left eye. Her violinist came over to check on her, and it seemed like Kelsea was trying to compose herself but ended up walking off stage to get checked. When she came back to the mic, Kelsea told the crowd, “All I care about is keeping everyone safe. If you ever don’t feel safe, please let someone around you know. If anyone’s pushing too much or you just have that gut feeling, just always flag it. Don’t throw things. You know?” Later Kelsea’s fan account tweeted, “Guys. I know we all mean well. We all want to show Kelsea love the best way we know how, and shower her with all the gifts. But throwing things on stage where artists are already so vulnerable is NOT the move. If you can’t hand it to her, there are so many other options. Lord, give it to us! We will make sure it gets to her. But PLEASE don’t put her in danger like this. Again, I know you all mean well, but this is becoming a safety issue. We love you guys. We do. But please make it stop.”

Madonna reportedly was found unresponsive on Saturday and had to be rushed to the hospital. Page Six says she had to be intubated for at least one day, but is now breathing on her own. On Wednesday, Madonna’s longtime manager Guy Oseary posted that Madonna had “developed a serious bacterial infection which led to a several day stay in the ICU.” He said she’s still under medical care, but doctors expect a full recovery. However, The Daily Mail says things were way more serious than Guy made it sound. They reported that Madonna’s management team held a crisis meeting because they were afraid she wasn’t going to survive. Madonna had been in rehearsals for her upcoming 40th anniversary “Celebration” tour, which was set to kick off in Vancouver on July 15. That has now been postponed indefinitely.
