Michael Moore and Seth Rogen’s tweets about “American Sniper”

TLC’s new album and tour… RHOBH Yolanda Foster’s diagnosis… Shakira’s baby shower… Justin Bieber will be roasted on Comedy Central… and Michael Moore and Seth Rogen’s tweet about “American Sniper”

The two remaining members of TLC announced yesterday that they’ve started a Kickstarter fund to raise money for their fifth and final studio album. They’re hoping to raise $150K and have the album out in May. Of course, they’ll have to tour to promote the CD and guess who they’re going out on the road with? New Kids on the Block and Nelly! How random is that??

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Foster suffered with mysterious symptoms for quite some time until finally, in 2012, she was diagnosed with Lyme’s Disease. She started doing better, but in December she suffered a debilitating relapse. She blogged recently that it’s gotten so bad that she’s lost her ability to read and write. A source told RadarOnline.com, “On the outside, Yolanda looks perfectly healthy, but once she starts to talk, it’s obvious that she’s truly suffering.” Her husband, David Foster, reportedly is paying for her to have expensive, alternative treatments in Singapore, where he is now filming Asia’s Got Talent.

We are all invited to Shakira’s baby shower! She and her soccer playing hubby Gerard Piqué are expecting their second child together — another boy! Of course, they have everything they could possibly want or need, so Shakira and Gerard are doing something that’s really cool. They are throwing a UNICEF baby shower. You can buy “inspired gifts” in the couple’s name — such as blankets, clean drinking water, therapeutic meals to fight malnutrition, and polio vaccines — and these gifts can truly save a child’s life. Just go to WorldBabyShower.org. There’s also a link on there where you can create your own UNICEF baby shower registry and benefit children in need.

Us Weekly is reporting that Justin Bieber will be roasted on Comedy Central and he’s completely psyched about it! The taping is supposed to happen on March 7, but I don’t know who will do the roasting or when it will actually air. Apparently, Justin has been asking Comedy Central to roast him for YEARS.

When Superman threatens to kick your a**, you start backtracking FAST. A lot of people — including Dean Cain — were upset with Michael Moore and Seth Rogen yesterday after they tweeted comments about American Sniper. Michael tweeted, “My uncle killed by sniper in WW2. We were taught snipers were cowards. Will shoot u in the back. Snipers aren’t heroes. And invaders r worse.” Dean Cain was more than riled up by those comments, tweeting to Michael,  “Disparage #ChrisKyle to my face. We’ll see who is a coward. #Disrespect #Coward” Michael tried to clear it up later on Facebook writing, “Lots of talk about snipers this weekend (the holiday weekend of a great man, killed by a sniper), so I thought I’d weigh in with what I was raised to believe about snipers…My dad always said, ‘Snipers are cowards. They don’t believe in a fair fight. Like someone coming up from behind you and coldcocking you. Just isn’t right. It’s cowardly to shoot a person in the back. Only a coward will shoot someone who can’t shoot back.’ I don’t think most Americans think of snipers as heroes.” Oh, REALLY??? Seth Rogen tweeted, “American Sniper kind of reminds me of the movie that’s showing in the third act of Inglorious Basterds.” And Dean Cain had something to say about that, too, tweeting, “Seth…I like your films, but right now, I wanna kick your a**. Chris is an American Hero. Period. Go to war. Then we’ll talk.” Seth also did some back-pedaling, tweeting, “I just said something ‘kinda reminded’ me of something else. I actually liked American Sniper. It just reminded me of the Tarantino scene. I wasn’t comparing the two. Big difference between comparing and reminding. Apples remind me of oranges. Can’t compare them, though.”
