Matthew McConaughey’s wife Camila Alves posted a selfie on her Instagram yesterday, looking gorgeous — as always — but wearing a neck brace! She captioned it “S*** Happens. I am ok but… Don’t fall people… Ladies hold your long dresses up or loose pants up when going by down the stairs!! wind blew mine as I was midair, pant fabric wrapped around my shoe and down the floor I went… A silly fall, turned into not so silly neck situation, recovery time ahead.” On the bright side, she’s still flawless AND she’s gotten over 35K likes so far.

Chris Rock will make history when he performs the first ever standup special that will be streamed live around the world, hosted by Netflix. It’s expected to happen early next year, but we have no other details. This is Chris’ second Netflix standup special. His first — “Chris Rock: Tamborine” — debuted in February 2018.

He was born Rainn Percival Dietrich Wilson, but now Rainn Wilson has changed his name to Rainnfall Heat Wave Extreme Winter Wilson. He made this announcement on Twitter to coincide with the UN’s climate change conference taking place in Egypt this week. Rainn is passionate about the environment and serves as a board member of Arctic Basecamp, which is — according to its LinkedIn profile — a unique science communications platform where our goal is to “speak science to power” in order to spark bold climate action. Even though Rainn says his name change isn’t a joke, we’ll have to wait and see if he makes it legal. But he got his new name by using the Arctic Risk Name Generator, which spits out your new name with a climate twist. For instance, the Kidd Kraddick Morning Show is now hosted by Jose Zombie Fires Burning Roberto, Big Loopy Jetstream Al, Ana Extreme Winters Castillejos, Part Sweltering Summer Time, and Kellie Soaring Temperatures Rasberry.

Aaron Carter had been working with author Andy Symonds on a tell-all memoir for over three years. The plan was to release it on Dec. 7, which would’ve been Aaron’s 35th birthday. But the book wasn’t finished when Aaron passed away on Nov. 5. However, Andy and his publisher Ballast Books have decided to capitalize on Aaron’s death, and they plan to release Aaron Carter: An Incomplete Story of an Incomplete Life on Nov. 15. Aaron’s former childhood sweetheart Hilary Duff is slamming the decision to release this book, telling DailyMail.com it’s nothing an “uninformed, heartless money grab” that hasn’t even been fact-checked. She said, “It’s really sad that within a week of Aaron’s death, there’s a publisher that seems to be recklessly pushing a book out to capitalize on this tragedy without taking appropriate time or care to fact check the validity of his work. To water down Aaron’s life story to what seems to be unverified click-bait for profit is disgusting.” Aaron’s management also slams the release of the gook, saying it’s “obscenely disrespectful and unauthorized,” and they thanked Hilary for speaking out.

Takeoff — whose real name was Kirshnik Khari Ball — was shot and killed outside a Houston bowling alley and pool hall last week. He was only 28. For the first time since he died on Nov. 1, Takeoff’s uncle Quavo, his cousin Offset and his wife Cardi B were seen last night heading to the wake. The celebration of life will be at noon today at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena. Georgia residents were able to get free tickets to the memorial, but within minutes of being made available, all 20K were claimed. Arena officials have asked fans who weren’t able to get tickets to stay away from the downtown area, and to not leave any gifts or tributes around the venue. There’s also a very strict no photo or video policy, so every device will be secured in a pouch that can’t be opened until the end of the event. That includes, phones, tablets, cameras and even smart watches. The family has also asked those attending to please not bring any flowers or gifts. Instead, they’re asking for donations to The Rocket Foundation, which was established to honor Takeoff’s life and legacy. TMZ posted the rumor that Alicia Keys would perform today, but her rep said that is “inaccurate.” TMZ also said Justin Bieber will perform.
