It’s the show you’ve probably never heard of, much less seen. But Lori Loughlin starred in the Hallmark Channel’s “When Calls the Heart” until they fired her over the college admission scandal. Lori had already filmed episodes for season 6, which debuted last night. Even though Lori had filmed scenes for the new season, she was edited completely out. How did they explain her absence? A character named Elizabeth explained that the town mayor — Lori — had moved out East to help her sick mother. And that was that. Meantime, Lori’s daughter Olivia Jade has moved out of her parents’ house because the constant media attention was annoying. She was seen shopping for her new place at Ikea over the weekend.

Adele turned 31 yesterday and posted several black and white photos on her Instagram that look like they’re from her party. She captioned it by saying how thankful she is to finally be 31 — only she had a way saltier way of saying it. She explained, “…30 tried me so hard but I’m owning it and trying my hardest to lean in to it all….31 is going to be a big ol’ year and I’m going to spend it all on myself. For the first time in a decade I’m ready to feel the world around me and look up for once….” And because she’s probably sick of people asking her about when new music is coming, Adele ended her post by saying, “Bunch of (BLANKING) savages, 30 will be a drum n bass record to spite you. The Met Gala is tonight. Have you ever wondered how to get on the guest list? Vogue editor Anna Wintour is completely in charge and she says she’ll “never, ever” tell. But we do know a few celebrities who won’t be in attendance tonight. Andy Cohen only gets to go as Sarah Jessica Parker’s date and he said she’ll be on a plane and he’ll be working. Tim Gunn says he was banned after mocking Anna for being carried down the stairs by two bodyguards and refused to retract the statement. In 2013, Gwyneth Paltrow dared to call the Gala “so un-fun” and said she was never going again. And she almost didn’t. Anna put her In time out for four years! Tina Fey only went once and said her husband was still ticked off at her for making him go. She told David Letterman, “It’s such a jerk parade. Every jerk from every walk of life is there, wearing, like, some stupid thing.” Demi Lovato was so upset by the way Nicki Minaj snubbed her that she says she left the party and went straight to an AA meeting.

“Avengers: Endgame” earned another $145.8 million here at home and $282.2 million overseas, and is now the second-highest-grossing film of all time with $2.189 billion. Until this weekend, James Cameron had the number one and two spots, but “Titanic” is now bumped to third. “Avatar” still holds the record with $2.8 billion, but there’s no reason not to think that “Endgame” is going to blow past that. “The Intruder” opened in second place with $11 million. The new “Long Shot” was third with $10 million.

The Royal Baby is here!!! The announcement came this morning after I’d completed the Showbiz Top 5, but this bumps “Avengers: Endgame” down to second and knocks Madonna’s tour completely off the Top 5. “It’s a BOY! Their ROYAL HIGHNESSES the DUKE and DUCHESS of SUSSEX are OVERJOYED to announce the BIRTH of their CHILD” was posted on Harry and Megan’s Instagram account, @SussexRoyal. It was captioned, “We are pleased to announce that Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed their firstborn child in the early morning on May 6th, 2019. Their Royal Highnesses’ son weighs 7lbs. 3oz. The Duchess and baby are both healthy and well, and the couple thank members of the public for their shared excitement and support during this very special time in their lives. More details will be shared in the forthcoming days.” The Royal Family tweeted a tad more information, saying, “Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Sussex was safely delivered of a son at 0526hrs this morning. The baby weighs 7lbs 3oz. The Duke of Sussex was present for the birth…” And now we wait for the NAME!!!!
