Quentin Tarantino expected to apologize for police comment

“DWTS” spoiler… Lineup for Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show… Justin Timberlake at the CMA’s… Daniel Craig’s James Bond comments… and Quentin Tarantino expected to apologize

SPOILER ALERT:  Friend-of-the-show Andy Grammer was unjustly sent home from “Dancing With the Stars” last night. But one bright spot from the night — Nick Carter revealed that he and his wife are expecting a baby, and on live TV, he found out it’s a boy!

A couple of things we always look forward to during the holidays — the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show! They just announced the lineup for this year’s parade. It includes American Idol’s Jordin Sparks and Chris Daughtry, as well as Season 12 judge Mariah Carey. Your kids will love knowing that Dove Cameron and Sofia Carson from Disney’s “Descendents” will be performing. Among the other celebrities lip-synching that day will be our friend Andy Grammer, Train, Rachel Platten, Pat Benatar, Shawn Mendes, Panic! at the Disco, the Plain White T’s, and a ton more. And as far as the Victoria’s Secret show, we already heard that Gigi Hadid will walk the runway. (She was so excited when she found out that she burst into tears.) Her BFF Kendall Jenner got a great 20th birthday present — she found out she’s also booked the gig. And one of Taylor Swift’s besties, Lily Aldridge, has the honor of modeling the $2 million fantasy bra.

The CMAs are live from Nashville tomorrow night on ABC. Justin Timberlake just announced on his Twitter yesterday that he’ll be performing with Chris Stapleton. Chris is nominated for three CMAs, including New Artist of the Year, Male Vocalist of the Year, and Album of the Year for “Traveller.” How did this collaboration with Justin happen? Chris told “Rolling Stone Country” that he just called him up and asked! We don’t know what they’ll sing yet, but interesting to note — Justin has been teasing about the possibility of doing a country album for several years.

Daniel Craig was on “Extra” and tried to explain his comments about wanting to slit his wrists rather than do another James Bond movie. He’s played the character for 10 years now, but he told “Extra” that if feels like 20! But why was he so rude when asked before? He said, “I got asked two days after I finished an eight-month shoot whether I’d like to do another one and I gave a fairly blunt answer… I’m a straight talker, I usually speak my mind.” He added, “The truth of it is I just don’t know. I don’t want to think about it. It’s been an amazing ride doing this movie and we’ve had incredible fun. It’s been a lot of hard work, but it has taken up all of my life for two years, and so maybe a little bit of my life back would be nice.”  “Spectre” opens this Friday.

Over a week ago, Quentin Tarantino was at a rally in Manhattan against police brutality when he called police officers murderers. Since then, police departments from across the country have calling for a boycott of his movies, including his upcoming Western, “The Hateful Eight,” which is out next month. Quentin does have his supporters, though, including Jamie Foxx, who said at the Hollywood Film Awards this past weekend that Quentin should “keep telling the truth and don’t worry about none of the haters.” But the truth is, Quentin is worried! And The Wrap is reporting exclusively that he will finally break his silence and apologize to police officers in an opinion piece in a yet-to-be-determined publication.
