Bengals QB Joe Burrow and Jason Derulo have teamed up to launch a new Pro Volleyball Federation franchise in Omaha. The PVF league will launch in February of next year, and they have plans to play in some of the biggest arenas across the country. Jason told TMZ Sports, “I’m excited because volleyball is on a crazy trajectory…It’s on the way up and to be a small part in what these ladies created is pretty incredible to me. I think it’s gonna change sports forever.” Jason said he wants to be the owner of a team with the “happiest players in the world,” adding, “I wanna make sure everybody is living their dream.”

Selena Gomez told “Vanity Fair” that she only has one app on her phone — TikTok. But she handed off all posting responsibilities to her assistant. Selena said social media left her constantly crying and filled with anxiety because she was focusing only on the negative comments. So she wiped them all off her phone, except for TikTok, because she finds it to be “a little less hostile.” So Selena films videos and then gives them to her assistant to post. Her team will then go through the comments, put together some of the encouraging ones, and then show those to Selena.

Meghan Markle’s half-sister Samantha Markle filed a defamation lawsuit against her, asking for at least $75K in damages. Samantha claims that in books and interviews, Meghan has tried to make herself sound like she grew up poor when she was actually more middle-class. Samantha says their dad put Meghan through private schools and then paid for her to go to Northwestern. He also wrote lots of checks for Meghan’s dancing and acting classes. On top of that, Samantha said she was humiliated when Meghan told Oprah she grew up as an only child. Isn’t that all worth $75K or more in damages? Meghan doesn’t think so. And her lawyers were in court yesterday asking a judge to throw out the lawsuit. The judge did admit she was “struggling” to see how anything Meghan said was defamatory, but she hasn’t made a decision on the lawsuit’s future just yet.

Without coming right out and saying it, Megan Fox went on Instagram this weekend and basically accused Machine Gun Kelly of cheating on her. When someone commented, “He probably got with Sophie,” Megan responded, “Maybe I got with Sophie.” The Sophie in question is MGK’s guitarist Sophie Lloyd, a British rock and metal guitarist who started playing when she was 10 and then became YouTube famous when she launched her account in 2011. In May of last year, MGK announced he was adding Sophie to his “Mainstream Sellout Tour.” No doubt about it, Sophie is gorgeous. But she wants us all to know that she has nothing to do with whatever is going on with Megan and MGK. On Tuesday she posted a Valentine photo with her boyfriend of five years, and then yesterday, her management team released a statement saying, “Sophie Lloyd is a professional, accomplished musician who has been needlessly dragged into the media based off of meritless accusations made by social media. Any suggestion that she has ever acted in an unprofessional manner or stepped out of her relationship are untrue. It’s disrespectful to her as a female artist and poor journalism and social commentary to be reporting anything else.”

Rihanna says she had no clue she was pregnant with her second child when she posed for the cover of the latest issue of “British Vogue.” On her Instagram yesterday, she posted the cover and captioned it, “How crazy both of my babies were in these photos and mommy had no clue.” She also wasn’t expecting to be pregnant during the Super Bowl when she accepted the gig, and she kept the big reveal a surprise to everyone — including her backup dancers. Of course, the magazine asked Rihanna when we can expect a new album. She said, “I want it to be this year. Like, honestly, it’d be ridiculous if it’s not this year.”
