Billy McFarland served four years for defrauding investors and committing wire fraud over the 2017 Fyre Festival that he tried to launch with Ja Rule. Ja Rule got off scott-free because he claimed got be just as bamboozled as everyone else. But while sitting in that prison cell, Billy churned out a 50-page business plan for Fyre Festival 2.0, and tickets are on sale now! To what, we don’t know. According to the video Billy posted, he spoke to some people in the Middle East and South America and they all decided that the Caribbean would be the best place to do this thing sometime before the end of next year, with pop-ups shows leading up to it. Zero artists have been attached to this thing, but if you go to the website, it says the event is scheduled for Dec. 6, 2024, with the disclaimer that the date is subject to change. The site claims the first 100 tickets are sold out, which is total BS. The next round of tickets will be available for purchase soon, starting at $799 and going all the way up to $7999.

SPOILER ALERT!!! Bachelorette Charity Lawson gave her final rose to the very tall Dotun Olubeko. She has zero time for wedding planning because Charity is heading straight into rehearsals for “Dancing With the Stars.” She is the second confirmed celebrity contestant, with Ariana Madix from “Vanderpump Rules” named the first. Gina Rodriguez hasn’t been announced, but she posted a photo of herself rehearsing with Sasha Farber and probably got her wrist slapped over that. ABC will announce the full lineup on “Good Morning America” on Sept. 13. Back to Bachelorette news — Charity’s No. 2, Joey Graziadei will be your next Bachelor. And while Joey’s filming hot tub scenes and flying around in helicopters trying to find his first wife, we get to watch Gerry Turner find his second wife as The Golden Bachelor on Sept. 28. That same night is the premiere of Season 9 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”

Two weeks ago, Britney Spears signed off on her manuscript. One week later, Sam Asghari filed for divorce. But despite this massive upheaval, sources say there will be no more edits to Britney’s memoir “The Woman in Me” which comes out Oct. 24. Once she signed off, Britney was no longer entitled to request any more revisions, so it is what it is! However, sources told TMZ that those who’ve seen some pages say the focus of the book is more on Britney’s early life, her success and her ultimate escape from her conservatorship She does mention Sam, but he’s not a huge topic. However, impending divorce is great for business! Presales for Britney’s book reportedly tripled since her divorce was announced.

Even though Justin Bieber and Scooter Braun’s reps denied they were splitting up, everyone else seems to be jumping ship! We’re learned that J Balvin — who signed with Scooter in 2019 — dumped him in May. And yesterday we found out Demi Lovato dumped Scooter last month and Ariana Grande is no longer managed by him, either! Like J Balvin, Demi signed with Scooter in 2019, but Ariana has been with him since 2013. However, his longest professional relationship is with Justin Bieber, and now we’re wondering if the reps’ mutual denial of their demise was the truth. Scooter’s SB Projects still manages Ozuna, Dan + Shay, David Guetta, Black Eyed Peas, Ava Max and Carly Rae Jepsen…..for now…..

TMZ was first to report that Rihanna and A$AP Rocky welcomed their second baby boy into the world on Aug. 3! Their sources say the baby was born in LA and his first name starts with R, just like his big brother, 15-month-old RZA. Rihanna and A$AP named RZA after the famous RZA from the Wu-Tang Clan. Any guesses on what legend they’ll name their second son after? Meantime, a source told People magazine that Rihanna is done making babies, and feels like her little family is complete.
