DWTS spoiler alert… Billboard Music Awards nominees… Kylie Jenner gets her own show… Ed Sheeran sued for $20M for allegedly copying song… and Ryan Phillippe denies Katy Perry dating rumors

SPOILER ALERT: It’s the end of the road for Mr. T and his professional dance partner Kim Herjavec. They were the third couple eliminated from Dancing With the Stars. It probably didn’t come as a huge shock for them, since they came close to being eliminated the week before. It was Charo who got the boot, instead.

The eliminated couple is announced on Dancing with the Stars’ Season 24 Most Memorable Year!

The nominees for the 2017 Billboard Music Awards have been announced. Drake and The Chainsmokers dominate with 22 nominations each. Twenty One Pilots has 17 nominations, followed by Rihanna with 14, The Weeknd with 13 and Beyonce with eight. Nominations are based a BUNCH of stuff — album sales, radio play, streaming, touring and social media engagement. ABC will broadcast the awards ceremony on May 21.

She’s got so much charisma, who can blame E! for giving Kylie Jenner her own show! They’re calling “Life of Kylie” a docu-series — because “reality show” is SO 2016. For eight episodes, we get to experience Kylie’s everyday life. We’ll follow her as she juggles the demands of being a celebrity, running her makeup empire, and living life as a teenager. Kylie says, “This show will allow me to give (fans) a peek inside all of the exciting things I am working on as well as some personal time with friends.” Can you believe we have to wait until later this summer to see it??

Ed Sheeran has settled a copyright lawsuit brought by two songwriters who claimed Ed’s “Photograph” sounded just like their song, “Amazing.” “Amazing” wasn’t a hit, but Martin Harrington and Thomas Leonard said Ed and his writing partner pretty much copied it note-for-note “on a breathtaking scale, unabashedly taking credit” for their work. They’re good with words, ain’t they! They wanted $20 million for Ed’s thievery. We don’t know how much Ed ended up forking over.

Last week it was being reported that Ryan Phillippe put the moves on Katy Perry at Elton John’s birthday party and that the two were a thing. Ryan isn’t having it. He tweeted yesterday — in all caps because he means business — “I AM NOT DATING KATY PERRY. BARELY KNOW HER. PLEASE STOP FLYING HELICOPTERS OVER MY HOUSE. SHE IS NOT HERE. thx.” He followed that up with, “Don’t mind ‘people’ thinking that. don’t want low flying pervs hovering periodically.” However, based on what Katy tweeted, she either sees the humor in it or her life is in danger. She retweeted Ryan, adding, “Can u let me out of this basement pls?”
