Squid Game: The Challenge finale… Keanu Reeves home raided… Derek Hough reveals his wife is hospitalized… Kevin Costner & Jewel spark rumors… and Selena Gomez is dating Benny Blanco

In the original Squid Game, contestants deep in debt played games to win a ton of money or they died. The game show based on the series doesn’t have the death element, but 456 players were all trying to be the last one standing, taking home the $4.6M prize. A lot of fans of Squid Game: The Challenge were disappointed when they found out that the final game to determine the winner ended up being Rock, Paper, Scissors. But nobody’s more disappointed that the winner! I won’t spoil it by telling you who won, but this person says it’s been 10 months since they filmed the show and they still haven’t gotten paid!

Keanu Reeves’ home has been hit by burglars AGAIN. According to sources, about 7pm Wednesday, LAPD responded to an anonymous call about a possible trespasser at Keanu’s house. Officers arrived and searched the property, but they didn’t find any evidence of an intruder or break-in. Then at 1am, an alarm sounded on the property, and security cameras captured several men in ski masks smashing a window and entering Keanu’s house. Thankfully, Keanu wasn’t home at the time. The burglars took at least one gun was taken from the house, but we’re not sure what else – if anything – was taken. Now detectives are thinking that first call about a possible intruder was made by one of the burglars who was scoping the house.

Derek Hough and Hayley Erbert just got married back in August and a month later, they kicked off their Symphony of Dance tour. Yesterday Derek went on his Instagram to ask us to pray for his wife. He said, “At the end of last night’s tour performance in Washington, D.C., my wife Hayley became disoriented and was taken to the hospital. She was diagnosed with a cranial hematoma from a burst blood vessel and required an emergency craniectomy. She is in stable condition. I want to thank the first responders and medical personnel who have cared for and continue to care for her. I ask for your prayers and positivity during this time.”

Jewel established the Inspiring Children Foundation, and according to the mission statement posted on the website, “We lift up underprivileged youth by providing a student-led, principle-based, and restorative mental health and wellness program. We engage them through mentoring, tennis, entrepreneurship, leadership development, and project-driven learning programs.” Lat month, Jewel had a tennis fundraiser on Richard Branson’s private island. On her Instagram, she thanked Richard for hosting…she thanked “amazing players like Genie Bouchard” for playing doubles with the donors….and she thanked Kevin Costner for being “kind enough to mentor our kids this year.” Nobody thought too much of that last statement until TMZ got photos of Jewel and Kevin looking very cozy together during that fundraiser trip. One source told them, “There was definitely something going on. They were flirty. And when they were together, it was like they both just lit up.” Another said, “You could tell they were trying to be discreet, but anybody who saw them could tell something was going on.” The two of them reportedly flew back home together.

About a week ago, Popfactions posted on Instagram that Selena Gomez was rumored to be dating music producer Benny Blanco. Then yesterday, that same account posted, “Selena Gomez seemingly confirms that she is in a relationship,” along with a carousel of videos and photos backing that up. In the comments, Selena herself responded, “Facts.” Her fans are not only shocked to find out this has been going on for about 6 months, they also are very vocal with their disapproval. Selena defended her man, commenting that Benny is her “absolute everything” and “the best thing that’s ever happened” to her. In fact she said, “He’s still better than anyone I’ve ever been with. Facts.” She also told one of the naysayers, “If you can’t accept me at my happiest then don’t be in my life at all.” Then a couple hours later, she posted a photo of her snuggled up on Benny’s chest in her IG Stories.
