50 Cent Vegas residency… Cara Delevingne was denied entry… Stadium booed Glenn Powell… Olivia Rodrigo falls… and Six new lawsuits against Diddy

According to Google, “A concert residency, also known as a musical residency, is a series of concerts that take place at a single venue and typically consists of 10 or more shows. Residencies are similar to concert tours, but are performed in one location.” Because TMZ says 50 Cent has just locked in his first Vegas residency, but it’s only for six shows. But that’s what they’re calling it, so we’ll let it slide. Sources told TMZ that 50 Cent will be paid $15M for six concerts at PH Live inside Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. TMZ says the first show is set for December with one of them being an exclusive NYE’s Eve celebration presented by 50 Cent’s own Sire Spirits brand. I can’t find any ticket information just yet for the mini-residency, which is being called 50 Cent: In Da Club.

A little behind-the-scenes stuff from this past weekend’s SNL. Cara Delevingne and her friend showed up to 30 Rock with tickets that she thought were for the live show, but it turns out they were actually for the live rehearsal. Apparently, Cara also wasn’t put on any sort of guest list, so — just like us regular folks — she had to do the walk of shame. Of course, photos of the mixup were all over social media, with people commenting that Cara’s star status is dimming. Maybe she rallied for the after-party, but I’m not seeing any stories about Cara being there. However, host Ariana Grande and her boyfriend Ethan Slater showed up, and a source told Page Six they looked “in love.” Ariana also brought one of her best friends, Elizabeth Gillies, who played Jade West opposite Ariana’s Cat Valentine on Victorious. Also there, Scarlett Johansson with her hubby Colin Jost, SNL alumni Maya Rudolph, Andy Samberg and Dana Carvey. Simu Liu, Jim Gaffigan and Este Haim also popped in. I’m surprised Taylor and Travis didn’t do a drive-by. The crowd slowly filtered out, with host Ariana and her crew left around 3:30am. But apparently, 79-year-old Lorne Michaels and 76-year-old Stevie Nicks, who was Ariana’s musical guest, shut the party down! They were the last two to leave at 4:30am.

Tens of thousands of people booed Glen Powell on Saturday, but he was cool with it. Glen was at the University of Georgia’s Dooley Field at Sanford Stadium in Athens filming scenes for his upcoming Hulu series Chad Powers. It’s a football comedy with Glen starring as a disgraced QB going under a fake name to continue his college football career. During halftime of the Georgia vs. Mississippi State game, an announcement came over the loudspeaker asking fans to boo as Chad Powers’ fictional football team came out on the field. The announced said, “Practice your boos for when Tennessee is here.” They happily obliged. Then Glen led his fictional football team out onto the field, where they were booed mercilessly.

Olivia Rodrigo was performing in Melbourne, Australia, getting the crowd hyped up as she ran across the stage…..and plummeted into a great big hole on the stage. Olivia quickly pulled herself back up, laughing it off saying, “Oh my God, that was fun! I’m okay! Woah. Sometimes there’s just a hole in the stage. That’s alright!” She had a really good sense of humor about it, posting the clip of her fall over and over again on her TikTok captioning it, “#subtleforeshadowing.”

Six more people have come forward with lawsuits against Diddy. Four men and two women identified as John and Jane Does are all accusing Diddy of various assault charges. One of the John Does claims he was only 16 at the time of his assault. He claims that he was at one of Diddy’s parties back in 1998 when Diddy told him to drop his pants and asked, “Don’t you want to break into the music business?” and explained that this was a rite of passage to becoming a music star. Another victim claims that in 2008 he was working in the stockroom at Macy’s Flagship store when Diddy and three of his bodyguards came in. The man claims he was hit in the back of the neck and the next thing he knew, he was on the floor being brutally assaulted. Afterward, he claims Diddy and his bodyguards threatened him to keep his mouth shut, but he reported it to Macy’s security anyway. But then nothing ever happened. One of the Jane Does claims she was a freshman in college when Diddy invited her and a friend to a hotel for a party. She claims Diddy threatened to have them killed if they didn’t comply.
