Simon Cowell and his baby mama Lauren Silverman want move permanently to Miami because that’s where her parents live. But the problem is, her 7-year-old son Adam can’t leave NY because of the custody agreement she has with her ex-husband. Not only that, the ex-husband, Andrew Silverman, has a clause in the custody agreement that states Simon cannot be around Adam AT ALL, or Lauren has to pay Andrew a $50K fine!! And that clause remains in effect until January of 2015!! Meantime, Page Six is reporting that Simon and Lauren have decided to deliver little Simon Jr. in NYC. The baby is due in February.

Justin Bieber has announced his retirement. But is he serious? He didn’t sound like he was joking when he told the DJ on Power 106 in LA that he’s retiring after his album comes out next week. But then again, he was allegedly high as a kite at the time and probably thought he was making the funniest joke EVER because yes, it turns out Justin was just joking. But in the same interview, he also admitted that he still loves Selena Gomez.

There were rumors going around that Rihanna was rekindling things with Drake, but now there are rumors that she’s got a little something-something going on with A$AP Rocky. They were seen playing pool at the private members-only Soho House in NYC Monday night. Witnesses say they weren’t kissing or anything, but they were looking verrrrrrry friendly. BUT! Remember back in September, Rihanna was seen leaving his hotel room at dawn, even though he reportedly was seeing model Chanel Iman at the time.

Harry Styles just won a big victory against the paparazzi. A judge has barred photographers from pursuing Harry by car or by motorcycle. They can’t place him under surveillance. AND they can’t loiter within 50 meters of his home. Breaking that down for us Americans, that would be 164 feet. Harry had personally tried to pursued the paparazzi to back off, but when that didn’t work, he decided to take it to court. His lawyer says Harry’s not trying to prevent fans from approaching him in the street or taking photos. He’s still very happy to do that.

SPOILER ALERT: Adam Levine picked another winner on “The Voice.” Season five’s champion is Tessanne Chin. But perhaps overshadowing her big win is the news that Shakira and Usher are coming back to the show next season while Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green take another break. Season six begins February 24.
