They’ve been working on this for what feels like forever, but we now have an opening date for the new Guardians of the Galaxy ride at Disney World! Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind launches on May 27th as part of Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary celebration. Located in EPCOT, this is Disney’s first ever reverse-launch coaster and it’s also one of the world’s longest fully-enclosed roller coasters.

“Yellowstone” starring Kevin Costner premiered on Paramount back in 2018 and it’s one of the most popular series on cable. It was so popular, they gave fans a spinoff prequel called “1883” starring Tim McGraw and Faith Hill as the first generation of Duttons establishing the family’s ranch in Montana. That did so well, now we’re getting another spinoff called “1932.” According to Paramount+, the show will “explore the early 20th century when pandemics, historic drought, the end of Prohibition and the Great Depression all plague the mountain west, and the Duttons who call it home.” And starring in the cast of “1932” ……..Helen Mirren and Harrison Ford!!! There’s also another “Yellowstone” spinoff in the works called “6666” which will be set in the present at the Four Sixes ranch in Texas. In the meantime, production on Season 5 of “Yellowstone” has already begun.

While promoting her new book, Christine Quinn told us she wasn’t coming back for another season of “Selling Sunset.” However, Christina told “Us Weekly” she is absolutely coming back for Season 6. She said, “The show is, like, my number one…everyone knows that. But we just have to get creative now because I don’t work for the Oppenheim Group. … Maybe it’s a battle of the brokerages.”

After Will Smith slapped Chris Rock at the Oscars, a lot of people joked that it would be great to see Chris host the Oscars next year. It turns out, that’s actually being considered. Ratings for this year’s telecast were up by 58% over last year. Just imagine how many would tune in to see Chris in the control seat! If he does end up doing it, one thing Chris won’t have to worry about is a Will Smith repeat. He’s been banned from the Oscars for 10 years.

After two agonizing, antagonizing days, the cross examination of Amber Heard is complete. Johnny’s attorney Camille Vasquez is getting so much love on social media for how she’s handled herself that she might want to consider running for president. Yesterday, Amber testified that as a result of a smear campaign against her, she had to fight to keep her role in “Aquaman 2.” But Amber also said that she was released from her contract and she’s not sure how much of her role as Mera will make the final cut. The Change.org petition to have Amber dropped from “Aquaman 2” altogether now has over 4.2M signatures. Ms. Vasquez’s final questions focused on Amber’s relationship with James Franco and her former girlfriend Tasya van Ree. Regarding Tasya, Ms. Vasquez brought up allegations that Amber had hit her back in 2009, referencing two officers who allegedly saw Amber hit Tasya and yank a necklace off of her. But Amber testified, “I’ve never assaulted any partner. I’ve never assaulted Mr. Depp or any other person I was romantically linked to, ever.” And with that, Ms. Vasquez had no further questions.
