It’s been about 7 months since Adidas ended their partnership with Kanye West, and reportedly they were left with over $1.3B worth of sneakers that have been sitting in storage ever since. Last week we learned Adidas finally decided to sell off all their remaining Yeezy inventory and donate a portion of the proceeds to charities that support the communities Kanye has offended. Under the terms of his contract, Kanye likely will still receive 15% commission from every sale. Kanye has been exceptionally quiet about all this. But we just learned that Kanye filed an application to trademark YZY SOCK SHOES, which will be used to sell socks with leather soles. Kanye was seen wearing these sock shoes out and about in LA with his maybe wife Bianca Censori. They had a wedding ceremony two months after Kim and Kanye’s divorce was finalized, but there’s no evidence they ever filed the marriage license.

You’ve always dreamed of being a rock star, but things didn’t work out. But that’s okay, because you still get to perform onstage with a band that pays tribute to your favorite group. Now imagine you’re performing in a Green Day tribute band when lead singer Billie Joe Armstrong walks in and jumps on stage. That’s exactly what happened at a London tavern Saturday night! Borderline Toxic was performing at Slim Jim’s Liquor Store when — to the shock of the crowd AND the band — Billie Joe spontaneously jumped on stage and started singing “Basket Case”! Later, the band posted video of the performance on their Instagram, captioning it, “The moment your band gets joined on stage by your childhood idol to sing their own song with you… in your favourite dive bar!! 🥹 Billie Joe Armstrong… @greenday !! THANK YOU, YOU LEGEND! 🔥 This was the first band to get me into rock when I was 11 years old and I’m honestly just so made up 😅🥹 brb crying/screaming/spewing.”

It was the final show of his Welcome to Tha Carter Tour. Lil Wayne was supposed to take the stage at 9pm, but didn’t get started until well over an hour late. When he finally got out there, things seemed to be going well, but about 30 minutes in, Weezy needed a break. He walked off stage and left three of his Young Money artists to perform. Lil Wayne didn’t think the crowd was showing his artists enough love, so he came back out, grabbed the mic and told the three of them, “We appreciate it, but we ain’t about to be bending over backwards for these folks. We work too hard for this s***. We work way too hard.” He then told the crowd they had been listening to Lil Twist, Yaj Kader, and Allan Cubas, thanked the audience for their time, set the mic down and told everyone on stage it was time to go. The crowd waited in confusion for about 10 minutes until the lights came up and people were told to leave.

Right in the middle of performing “Bad Blood” in Philadelphia Saturday night, Taylor Swift noticed a security guard was being a little too rough with one of her fans. She tried gesturing to him several times, but when that didn’t work, Taylor yelled, “She’s fine! She wasn’t doing anything!” Apparently, the security guard wasn’t listening so she had to yell, “Hey, stop!” several times before she picked up singing again. There are several videos posted online, with one of them showing the overly aggressive security guard. He ended up being escorted away by security and Taylor gave the fans he harassed tickets to her next show.

“TMZ Investigates: Britney Spears: The Price of Freedom” which airs tonight at 8pm Central on Fox. Ahead of the release, TMZ said they will looking into Britney’s “deeply troubled” marriage to Sam Asghari. TMZ claims their screaming matches get so fierce at times that security has to intervene and the Sam is spending less and less time at the house. In a since-deleted Instagram video, Sam said TMZ’s documentary is disgusting. He said, “All of a sudden after 15 years when she’s free after all those gaslighting, all those things that went down — now you’re going to put her under a microscope and tell her story? No, no, that’s also disgusting, so don’t do that, and don’t believe what you read online. Ninety-nine percent of the time those are all clickbait for you to click and for them to make money and that time is over.”
