Tiffany Haddish Accepts Award In Her Robe

XXXTentacion shot dead… “Bachelor in Paradise” proposal… Kristen got the boot… Chris Pratt’s picnic date… and Tiffany Haddish accepts MTV Movie & TV Award in her robe

XXXTentacion had been out motorcycle shopping when he was approached by two men wearing purple hoodies — one was also wearing a red mask. Witnesses say the man in the mask shot X multiple times and stole a Louis Vuitton bag. The 20-year-old rapper died at the scene. Police say this appears to be a possible robbery, but X’s family believes this was a hit. Just two hours before he was killed, X shared a post on Instagram that he was planning a charity event for this weekend. Reportedly, it was for suicide prevention.

If you’re a “Bachelor in Paradise” fan from way back, then you saw Ashley Iaconetti fall hard for Jared Haibon, only the feeling wasn’t mutual. She kept on living and crying and holding on to her virginity and it eventually paid off. After three years, Ashley and Jared were at a charity event and Jared suddenly saw her in a different light. And after her “Bachelor Winter Games” romance with Kevin Wendt bit the dust, Jared realized he was in love. He told “People” that he spent three days pouring his heart out into a love letter to Ashley. He said, “I was scream-crying basically alone in my apartment reading that just sobbing and sobbing.” It worked! And this past Sunday, Jared proposed on the beach. Yes, it was with a Neil Lane ring and yes, it will be on the upcoming season of “Bachelor in Paradise.”

This was taken the night before we became fiancés! 💍💋

If you thought Kristen didn’t bring the drama on “Vanderpump Rules” this past season, apparently the producers agree with you. RadarOnline.com is reporting that Kristen is being demoted to “friend of the cast” because she doesn’t have anything interesting going on in her life right now. She’s been dating this normal guy named Brian for three years now and she’s basically grown up, which is the kiss of death for reality TV.

It broke my heart when Chris Pratt and Anna Faris decided to get a divorce. She’s been dating a cinematographer named Michael Barrett for months, but Chris hasn’t really found someone…..until now? He and Katherine Schwarzenegger went on a picnic date Sunday afternoon. Chris picked her up at her place and drove her up the coast to Santa Barbara, where they seemed to really enjoy each other’s company. Yes, she’s Arnold’s daughter with Marie Shriver. She’s an interior designer and lifestyle blogger. You can check her out at KatherineSchwarzenegger.com.

If you missed the MTV Movie & TV Awards, here are a few of the highlights. Basically, it was all about “Black Panther.” In addition to winning Best Movie, Chadwick Boseman won Best Performance in a Movie as well as Best Hero for “Black Panther.” He gave the movie hero award to real-life hero James Shaw, Jr., saying, “It’s greater to acknowledge the heroes we have in real life. He fought off the gunman in Antioch, Tennessee, at a Waffle House. He saved lives.” When Michael B. Jordan won Best Villain, he said, “I’m shocked that I won…I thought Roseanne had this in the bag.” He also said Chadwick wants people to stop asking him to say “Wakanda Forever” out in the streets. Michael said, “Y’all taking the ‘forever’ thing a little too seriously.” “Stranger Things” won Best Show, Best Frightened Performance for Noah Schnapp, and Best Performance in a Show for Millie Bobbie Brown. She couldn’t be there to accept her award because of her broken kneecap, but she filmed her acceptance speech and used it to speak out against online bullying. “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” won Best Reality Series. Best Fight was between Gal Gadot vs. the German soldiers in “Wonder Woman.” Best Kiss went to Nick Robinson and Keiynan Lonsdale for “Love, Simon.” Best Scene Stealer was Madelaine Petsch from “Riverdale.” Lena Waithe is the first black woman to win an Emmy for her writing in “Master of None,” and she picked up the Trailblazer Award. Chris Pratt won this year’s Generation Award. And host Tiffany Haddish won Best Comedic Performance for “Girls Trip,” and swears she had no clue. She came out on stage in a bathrobe to accept, saying, “I was changing and they were like, ‘Put those panties back on!’”
