A new study revealed which TV show inspired the trendiest baby names last year. The study looked at character names from the 100 most popular shows over the past three years and then cross-referenced them with stats from the Social Security Administration. Based on that, it turns out “Yellowstone” has inspired the most baby names. In fact, the top three names that saw the most gains in 2022 were all from the Kevin Costner’s series, which follows the Dutton family on their big ranch in Montana. Those top three names are Dutton, Rip, and Kayce. Three other names from the show also ranked high: Laramie, Walker, and Tate.

Seth Rogen has teamed up with Airbnb to offer a night at an “artistic retreat” in LA where Seth will actually hang out with you and do some pottery. Seth is hosting three, one-night stays on Feb. 15, 16, and 17. It costs $42 per couple. The listing says, “No cannabis-based products will be made available or provided to guests during the stays.” But it doesn’t say you — or Seth — can’t bring your own. Seth does have a company called Houseplant, where he sells cannabis accessories, many of which he makes himself.

Dr. Phil has announced that the current 21st season of his daytime talk show will be the last. Dr. Phil got so popular from his appearances on Oprah’s talk show that she began producing a show for him in 2002. In making the announcement, Dr. Phil said, “With this show, we have helped thousands of guests and millions of viewers through everything from addiction and marriage to mental wellness and raising children. This has been an incredible chapter of my life and career, but while I’m moving on from daytime, there is so much more I wish to do.” Dr. Phil now plans to focus on primetime programming, with a new series scheduled for release early next year.

Alec Baldwin and Hannah Gutierrez-Reed — the armorer for the movie “Rust” — were both formerly charged yesterday with involuntary manslaughter for the October 2021 shooting death of Halyna Hutchins. In the filing, prosecutors say that right after the shooting, Alec admitted to officers he had fired the weapon, although he would go on to say he never pulled the trigger. Leading up to that fateful day, prosecutors say Alec blew off an initial firearms training session, so Hannah set up an hour-long makeup session just for him. According to Hannah, Alec was “distracted and talking on his cell phone to his family during the training,” and they only got through 30 minutes before Alec bailed. The filing also says, “Photo and video evidence from inside the church, on the day of the shooting show some of the rehearsal up to and including moments before the shooting…. The photos and videos clearly show Baldwin, multiple times, with his finger inside of the trigger guard and on the trigger, while manipulating the hammer and while drawing, pointing, and holstering the revolver.” The filing also said the FBI seized the gun and conducted a number of tests on it, including trying to get the weapon to fire without the trigger being depressed. During all of their tests, the revolver never malfunctioned, and that the trigger HAD to have been pressed for it to fire. Alec still says he didn’t pull the trigger and puts all the blame on the armorer. SAG-AFTRA also has Alec’s back. In a statement, the group said, “’An actor’s job is not to be a firearms or weapons expert.” And Mickey Rourke is also standing by Alec. He said, “It is bulls— that an actor who is working on the set is handed a gun by somebody else whose job it is to make sure the gun is not loaded…I feel so bad for the girl that died and her family, but don’t put the blame on Alec Baldwin. It is not his fault at all.” If they’re convicted, Alec and Hannah face up to five years in prison.

After appearing on the red carpet for the premiere of “80 For Brady,” Tom Brady woke up this morning and decided the time was right to make a huge announcement. You could hear the emotion in his voice as he began his video, “Good morning guys. I’ll get to the point right away. I’m retiring, for good. I know the process was a pretty big deal last time so when I woke up this morning I figured I’d just press record and let you guys know first …” Tom continued, “My family, my friends, my teammates, my competitors. I could go over forever, there’s too many. Thank you guys for allowing me to live my absolute dream. I wouldn’t change a thing. Love you all.” He captioned the video, “Truly grateful on this day. Thank you 🙏🏻❤️”
