Bad Bunny to host SNL… Kanye West shares a message for Elon Musk… John Stamos reveals suppressed memory… Will Smith opened up… and Travis Kelce buys new $6 MILLION mansion

We only know the host and musical guest lineup for SNL through the end of this month. This Saturday night, Bad Bunny serves in both roles. It will be interesting to see if Kendall Jenner makes a cameo and how hard they’re going to go on a Kardashians skit. For Oct. 28, comedian Nate Bar-GET- zee will make his first appearance as host, with musical guest, Foo Fighters. They were supposed to play back in May but the episode was canceled because of the writers’ strike. This is Foo Fighters’ ninth time performing on SNL, but they’re first playing there since drummer Taylor Hawkins passed away last year.

Last December, Kanye was banned from Twitter over his antisemitic comments. By March, Kanye he liked Jewish people again after watching Jonah Hill in “21 Jump Street,” and in July, his Twitter/X account was reinstated after he assured everyone in charge he’d refrain from antisemitic and hurtful comments. Fast forward to now. Kanye asked his friend Ian Connor to share a text message exchange he had with Elon Musk, which Ian did. Kanye is listed in Ian’s phone as “President YE.” In the screen grab, Ian’s first message to Kanye is “My word, All praise be to Allah.” Then Kanye sends the screen grab of his message to Elon: “When are we going to speak You owe me nothing You never have to speak to me again But if we do speak The nature of the relationship has to change I’m not bipolar I have signs of autism from my car accident You can’t watch Kim keep my kids from me And not say anything publicly and then call yourself my friend so I can bring my audience to your struggling platform.” Kanye then texted Ian, “Get this out to the public,” to which Ian responded, “Say Less 2:22am.” And he posted it 3 minutes later. The car accident Kanye is referring to happened back in 2002, which led him to write his big hit “Through the Wire” in which he rapped with his jaw wired shut. In 2018, Kanye went on a Twitter tirade and said he’d been mentally misdiagnosed and then drugged to make him more manageable and well behaved, but now he’s blaming his actions on the accident.

On Tuesday — the same day Britney Spears releases her memoir — John Stamos is throwing his out there. His is called “If You Would Have Told Me.” In some of the excerpts released early, John talks about being molested by his babysitter when he was about 10 or 11 years old. He said his sitter would’ve been about 18 or 19. John said when it happened, he basically pretended to be asleep the whole time. He said, “It’s a phenomenon called the freeze response . . . When a child is vulnerable or can’t escape, there can be a sort of playing possum effect. Don’t move, don’t speak, and just wait until things get normal again.” John said he packed the memory of that away, but almost told his story in 2018 while accepting an award for his advocacy of abused children, But then he thought, “No, tonight is not about me. It’s about the kids. I’m going to pack it away again until the right moment.” And the right moment for John is now.

No hard feelings! Even though they’ve been living like a divorced couple since 2016, Will Smith surprised Jada Pinkett-Smith onstage in Baltimore last night, where she was promoting her memoir at her alma mater. Onstage, Will told Jada, “I just really wanted to come out and just be here and hold it down for you the way you have held it down for me.” Will then told the crowd that he and Jada have long called their relationship “brutiful” because it was both brutal and beautiful at the same time. But he said, “As I stand here before you today, I am happier than I’ve ever been in my entire life. I have achieved every single thing I have ever wanted in my entire life. There is not one thing left that I desire in this world — all of the awards, all of the money, the family — everything I’ve ever dreamed.” He said all of those dreams were “largely built on the foundation of Jada’s sacrifices.” Will said, “Jada is the best friend I have ever had on this planet and I am going to show up for her and support her for the rest of my life.”

Travis Kelce has been living in his $1M bachelor pad mansion in Kansas City for the past 4 years with no problem. But now — as Taylor Swift’s boyfriend — privacy and security have become a much bigger concern. This week, Travis signed a deal on a new $6M mansion in a gated community. While he’ll have 16-thousand square feet of living space, Travis is sacrificing one of his guest bedrooms, going from seven to six. However, he gets a lot of other cool stuff! Like a a pool with a waterfall, a tennis and pickleball court, and a miniature golf course!
