CMT Awards… BTS WORLD mobile video game… New music from Rihanna in the future… Tyler Perry’s attention… and Warriors appear to troll Drake

Little Big Town hosted the CMT Music Awards last night. It’s country music’s version of MTV’s Video Music Awards. Carrie Underwood picked up two awards — Female Video of the Year for “Love Wins” and Video of the Year for “Cry Pretty” — which gives her 20 total CMT Music Awards, making her the most awarded artist in the show’s history. A couple of the other winners were Kane Brown who won Best Male Video for “Lose It.” Duo of the Year went to Dan + Shay’s “Speechless.” And the Zac Brown Band won Group Video of the Year for “Someone I Used To Know.” I hope Big Al was watching because one of his all-time favorite songs — “Delta Dawn” — was performed by the one and only Tanya Tucker along with Brandi Carlile, Trisha Yearwood, Martina McBride and a handful of other country music queens.

The video game that BTS fans have been waiting for is almost here! On June 25, American fans finally get to play BTS World on their phones. Fans in Asia have to wait until June 26. Players will be able to manage the band’s career as they make their way through different missions and take part in different activities as they work their way towards superstar status. BTS World will feature original music by the boys, as well!

They’re super private but in case you were wondering, Rihanna is still with her billionaire boyfriend, Hassan Jameel. Photos of them vacationing in Capri hit the internet yesterday. Fans have been harassing Rihanna to give them new music for a while now and there’s a possibility it’s about to happen. Sources told The Mirror that Rihanna rented out a private island for new music for a while now, and according to The Mirror, she’s ready to get the party started. Their sources say she recently rented out the Osea Island, a private island owned by music producer Nigel Frieda. It’s located in Blackwater River in Essex, England. The sources say it’s got a state-of-the-art recording studio and “quaint little cottages” for her entourage. But the company that manages the island denies the story, saying they’ve had no contact with Rihanna or her management. Are they speaking the truth or lying to protect her privacy? Hmmm………….

A stay-at-home mom who’s had a few small acting roles decided to try something bold. She paid $2000 for a couple of billboards to go up near Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta that feature her headshot and this: “Attention Mr. Perry: Racquel Bailey is your next leading lady.” Tyler saw it and went on Facebook to blast this idea. He wrote, “….This is not the way to get my attention if you’re looking for a role in one of my shows. Please DON’T DO THIS, SAVE YOUR MONEY!! This is the third time that someone has done this. PLEASE STOP! To audition is FREE!! I’m sure you can use that money for a better purpose.” Tyler went on to say that when he sees things like this, it puts his team on “high alert” and make him look ash them sideways. But he also softened the blow by telling Racquel that he’d seen her in a previous role and thought she was great, but reminded her, “Again, I appreciate your effort, but that’s not the way to work for me.” HOWEVER, what Tyler apparently didn’t know was that a casting agent from Tyler Perry Studios had reached out to Racquel and told her they were impressed by her initiative! And shortly after that, Racquel flew down to Atlanta to audition for a pilot Tyler is working on and she’s just waiting to hear back!

Toronto won game 3 of the NBA finals, 123-109, and are now up 2 games to 1 against Golden State. Yes, it’s the Warriors against the Raptors, but it’s also the Warriors against Drake! They’ve been going back and forth with the digs during the finals. For game 1, Drake trolled Steph Curry by wearing his dad’s Raptors jersey to the game. After the game, he tried to sell some of Steph’s “hair” on eBay. It was a joke, of course. There’s also been some name calling back and forth from both sides. And then last night during warmups, the Warriors trolled Drake by playing Pusha T’s “The Story of Adidon.” That’s the track he released during his feud with Drake where Pusha T called him out for having a secret baby. We’ll see how Drake claps back for game 4 tomorrow night!
