Michael Phelps coming out of retirement… Disney-themed Dancing with the Stars… Miley Cyrus’ tough time… Ice Cube feels robbed… and What happened with Kelly Osbourne and Paris Hilton at Coachella?

Michael Phelps has decided to come out of retirement, but before he made that announcement, he partied like training was the last thing on his mind. Michael got his groove on at a club inside the Borgata in Atlantic City Saturday night, jumping behind the DJ booth and dancing with DJ Irie. On Monday, he announced that he is coming out of retirement to compete at the Arena Grand Prix in Meza, AZ, next week — his first competition since the 2012 Olympic Games in London. I guess his performance there will determine whether or not he’ll try to go for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. His coach says that right now, they just want to have some fun with it and see how it goes. But remember, before the London Games, Michael told 60 Minutes, “Once I retire, I’m retiring. I’m done.” He also vowed he would go to Rio as a spectator and not a competitor.

SPOILER ALERT:  It was a Disney-themed night on Dancing with the Stars. With guest judge Donny Osmond, Big Time Rush’s James Maslow and Peta Murgatroyd scored the first perfect 40 of the season. But at the end of the night, it was Cody Simpson who was sent home. His professional partner, Witney Carson, said she was very sad because she didn’t feel like people got to see Cody yet. And now, I guess we never will………

Miley Cyrus is having a real tough time dealing with the death of her beloved dog, Floyd. Her mom, Tish, tried to make things better by giving Miley a new puppy named Moonie, but it’s not working for Miley. She tweeted a picture of her and Moonie on Sumday with the caption, “Moonie, thank you for giving me so much love, comfort & peace. It’s just too soon for me right now. #missingmoonie.” A fan asked Miley where Moonie had gone and Miley answered, “My friend’s mom who has a tiny pup 4 him 2 play with Molly. After what happened I’m scared 2 have a tiny dog.” Miley hasn’t discussed what happened to Floyd, but some reports suggest he was attacked by a coyote.

After losing the Best Onscreen Duo at the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday, Ice Cube told “USA Today,” “Shame on you, MTV.” Ice believes that he and Kevin Hart were robbed of that award and that the only reason Vin Diesel and Paul Walker got it was because Paul died. Ice said, “They should have gave it to him before he passed away.” Of course, Ice was slammed on social media. He responded by tweeting, “I wasn’t really mad we didn’t win. So I would never diss the actors who won. Not even Paul Walker. Seriously people!”  As far as walking out of the MTV Awards was concerned, Ice explained, “They told me our category wasn’t gonna be televised. So I left. Just promoting the RIDE ALONG DVD.” And about that slam that the only reason Paul one was out of sympathy? Ice tweeted, “We should honor people before they die. That’s all. Shame on you ‘make something out of nothing’ ass reporters. Smh” THEN he went third person on us:  “Ice Cube is not a sore loser. I was born losing. This winning sh** is what I gotta get use to.” And then he told Paul’s fans not to trip, because he was a fan, too.

We’ve got a couple of different versions of what did or didn’t go down between Kelly Osbourne and Paris Hilton at Coachella on Sunday. Kelly tweeted, “@ParisHilton please grow up there is no need to act like a child you could of happily joined us! it’s not 2005 no one cares!” Paris later responded, “@KellyOsbourne, getting tweets about us. I’m confused, as I did not see you once this entire weekend. No clue how these stories get invented.” One source told Page Six that it all started over a VIP table. Kelly wasn’t happy when her group was asked to move so Paris and her friends could sit down. Their source said Paris never saw Kelly at the table and it was the organizers who asked her to move. But Us Weekly’s source says Paris and Nicky Hilton walked in, looked over and saw the table where Kelly was sitting, and asked organizers to make Kelly move. Their source said, “Paris and Kelly made eye contact. They were ten feet from each other. I mean, Kelly has bright purple hair — there is no way Paris could have missed her.”
