The Academy has made some changes… Maksim Chmerkovskiy had to have surgery… The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame… Blac Chyna blasts Tyga… and When will Prince Harry propose to Meghan Markle?

After a six hour meeting, it was decided that the accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers will keep their job tallying the Oscar votes next year. BUT! The two accountants who screwed up this year’s Best Picture award won’t be allowed back. And the Academy says they will now have a third accountant who knows the results ahead of time who will be sitting in the control room. Plus none of them will be allowed to bring their cellphones backstage ever again.

After one week of competition, Maksim Chmerkovskiy injured his calf so badly during Dancing With the Stars rehearsals that he had to have surgery. He posted a message to his fans saying he promises to work harder than ever and get back to the ballroom as soon as humanly possible, but will that be this season? Heather Morris is now dancing with Maks’ backup, Alan Bersten.

The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame is in Cleveland, but this year’s induction ceremony is being held at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. There’s a whole slew of musicians being inducted on April 7. Snoop Dogg will induct Tupac Shakur…Pharrell Williams will induct Nile Rodgers…Late Beatle George Harrison’s son Dhani will induct ELO…Train’s lead singer Pat Monahan will induct Journey…Neil Young is inducting Pearl Jam…Jackson Browne is inducting Joan Baez…and Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson of Rush are inducting Yes. Among the performers this year are Lenny Kravitz, Alicia Keys, Mary Chapin Carpenter and the Indigo Girls.

Blac Chyna went on Snapchat yesterday to blast her ex-boyfriend Tyga for not paying child support and for talking publicly about how she spoils their 4-year-old son, King Cairo. She also said she was willing to bet she has more money than Tyga does, but she still wants what he required by law to pay. TMZ caught up with Tyga coming out of Barneys in Beverly Hills. When they asked him about what Chyna had said about the child support, he only laughed as he climbed into his yellow Ferrari and drove away.

They’re coming up on their one year anniversary together, and sources say it’s not a matter of IF Prince Harry will propose to Meghan Markle, it’s a matter of WHEN. She’s been living with him in his two-bedroom apartment in Kensington Palace for the past three months. One palace source says they’re expecting an engagement announcement this summer.
