Pete Davidson has signed on to join Snoop Dogg’s team of commenters for the Jake Paul vs. Ben Askren fight on April 17 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. TMZ Sports reports Pete will also be working the event with the likes of Mario Lopez, Dixie and Charli D’Amelio. TMZ also reports that there will be a huge music lineup, including Justin Bieber, The Black Keys, Doja Cat, Sweetie, Diplo and Major Later, as well as Snoop Dogg’s new rap supergroup Mt. Westmore, which features Snoop, Ice Cube, Too $hort and E-40.

Things seem to be going well for Megan Thee Stallion and Pardi Fontaine. A little over a month ago, Megan confirmed rumors they were dating, calling Pardi “my boo” on IG Live. Like Megan, Pardi is a rapper and a songwriter — who is sometimes credited as Jordan Thorpe — and he has worked with some of the biggest names in music! In fact, he wrote Megan’s huge hit “Savage” as well as her “WAP” collaboration with Cardi B. And Pardi has done a TON of songs with Cardi, including “Bodak Yellow,” “Money Bag,” “I Like It,” and “Up,” just to name a few. He worked with Ed Sheeran for “South of the Border,” a bunch of song’s for Kanye, and also “Rodeo” for Lil Nas X.

No real surprise that Taylor Swift released a song at midnight and it went straight to number one on iTunes. She reached back into the vault and asked Maren Morris to join her on “You All Over Me” — a song that was written for Taylor’s second studio album, “Fearless,” which came out in 2008. But we also need to give a shout out to Demi Lovato. Her new song “Dancing With the Devil” just entered the Top 10 on iTunes. In a new interview, Demi opened up about her failed engagement to Max Ehrich. They met just about a year ago and when the world shut down, she invited him to quarantine with her. After only a few months, he proposed with a massive ring that experts say was worth between $2M-5M. Two months later, the engagement was off. Demi says now, “I really had myself fooled, because it was the safe and expected thing. Obviously, I cared deeply about the person, but there was something inside of me that was like, ‘I have to prove to the world that I’m okay.’ Now that I’m not engaged or married and I’m okay, I’m like, ‘Wow. Isn’t that so much more empowering?’ It’s not this false sense of security.” Demi also said, “The size of that ring, it made it really real. The second it was off, I was like, ‘You know what? I’m good. I don’t need that.’ I just don’t need an object on my finger to make me feel like I’ve got my s— together. It looks like stability, but it doesn’t mean that it is…”

In honor of the release of his new single “Montero,” Lil Nas X wrote a letter to his younger self. It said, “dear 14 year old montero, i wrote a song with our name in it. it’s about a guy i met last summer. i know we promised to never come out publicly, i know we promised to never be ‘that’ type of gay person, i know we promised to die with the secret, but this will open doors for many other queer people to simply exist. you see this is very scary for me, people will be angry, they will say i’m pushing an agenda. but the truth is, i am. the agenda to make people stay the (blank) out of other people’s lives and stop dictating who they should be. sending you love from the future. – lnx”

Last week, Matt James wiped everything off his Instagram and let it sit there empty for a minute. But he’s back now, and you would never be able to tell he was the Bachelor. There are tons of photos with friends and family as well as pictures of his ABC Food Tours charity work. His bio doesn’t even mention “The Bachelor.” I guess he’s just going to pretend like it never happened? Meantime, we’ve got not one, but TWO Bachelorette seasons to look forward to. Just in case you were wondering, Katie Thurston’s season is up first. Reality Steve says filming should begin in the next few weeks at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya in New Mexico. As far as Michelle Young’s season, that’s still up in the air. Michelle told producers that she didn’t want filming to take her away from teaching her fifth graders, so they won’t start filming her season until July or August — AFTER “Bachelor in Paradise” wraps. But because quarantine restrictions are getting looser and looser, Michelle may be able to travel the world as the Bachelorette! And maybe Chris Harrison will be back by then, too. He’s sitting out Katie’s season, with Tayshia Adams and Kaitlyn Bristowe double-teaming as host.
