RHONJ ratings are down… Beyonce getting highest honor from MTV… Lady Gaga was hospitalized… Tim McGraw probably settles… and Whoopi Goldberg absent for Jenny McCarthy and Sherri Shepherd’s final show

Despite Teresa Giudice’s legal drama, ratings for this season of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” are in the toilet. In an effort to get us interested in watching again, producers are bringing back Jacqueline Laurita to stir up some drama. When Caroline Manzo said she was leaving last season, Bravo producers went to her estranged sister and season one regular Dina to come back to the show. Dina said she would do it but only on one condition — fire her sister-in-law Jacqueline. So that’s what they did! And now Dina is livid that Jacqueline is back, but without ratings, there’s really nothing she can do about it.

MTV is giving Beyonce its highest honor — the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. Previous winners include Michael himself, Madonna, Justin Timberlake, U2 and Guns ‘N Roses. Because of this prestigious honor, Beyonce will be performing at the upcoming VMAs, which will air live on MTV August 24. Other performers that night include Usher, Ariana Grande, 5 Seconds of Summer and Maroon 5.

Just like Kidd with his backward bike helmet, Lady Gaga posted a photo of her wearing her oxygen mask upside down. She was hospitalized after her performance in Denver after coming down with a serious case of altitude sickness. She captioned her Instagram photo, “Altitude Sickness is no Joke!”

Tim McGraw and the woman he b**** slapped at his concert in Atlanta last month have settled their differences. We’ll never know how much that cost him…..While he was onstage, Jesslyn Taylor grabbed onto Tim’s jeans and ripped them and he says he instinctively popped her upside the head. She lawyered up, saying she was publicly humiliated and only wanted an apology. Her attorney told TMZ that the case has been “mutually resolved the old-fashioned way … with a simple conversation.” WHATEVER!! That conversation ended with, “Thank you for my big fat check!”

How insulting that Whoopi Goldberg wasn’t there for Jenny McCarthy and Sherri Shepherd’s final taping of “The View” yesterday. And what’s even more insulting, while Sherri and Jenny were saying their goodbyes, Whoopi and Rosie O-Donnell — who is definitely returning to the panel next year — were were taping test shows with Sherri and Jenny’s potential replacements in front of a live audience! And according to inside sources, things got super ugly, super quick. Among the candidates was conservative political commentator S.E. Cupp, who has been a guest host on “The View” three times and has made several appearances with Bill Maher and Sean Hannity’s shows. When the subject of an Australian couple wanting to abort one of their unborn twins because the baby has Down’s Syndrome, S.E. gave her opinion and then Whoopi and Rosie pounced. It reportedly got so nasty that Rosie finally blurted out that she didn’t want to work with another Elisabeth Hasselbeck. And backstage in front of producers and other potential replacement hosts, Whoopi reportedly said that she’d been “working with a cranky 85-year-old woman who’s mad about everything for 2 years, and I need a break.” Was she referring to Rosie?
