Bridgerton-themed ball in Detroit… Rock and Roll Hall of Fame update… 50 Cent takes a jab at Diddy… Channing Tatum & Jenna Dewan divorce finalized… and Will Post Malone tie the knot soon?

Remember that Willy Wonka “experience” in Scotland earlier this year that was a complete ripoff that left parents livid and children in tears? It’s happened again….this time, in Detroit. Only this time, the victims were fans of Bridgerton. People paid between $150 and $1K for what was billed as a Detroit Bridgerton-Themed Experience. The title alone should’ve been a red flag. Attendees were promised “a night of dancing, live entertainment, exquisite refreshments, and enchanting surprises.” There was even supposed to be a $2K cash prize for the best-dressed, so people went ALL OUT on their costumes. Well, it turns out there wasn’t a cash prize….or alcohol…and as far as the live entertainment, it was a violinist and a stripper on a pole. Seriously? Organizers issued a statement acknowledging that “not everyone had the experience they anticipated at our event,” adding that they’re “working diligently to address all concerns and will be reaching out with further details shortly.”

The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony is set for October 19 in Cleveland. This year’s induction class of 8 includes Cher, Ozzy Osbourne, Mary J. Blige, the Dave Matthews Band, Foreigner, Kook & The Gang, Peter Frampton, and A Tribe Called Quest. Performances and presenters include A-listers like Dua Lipa, Demi Lovato, Jelly Roll, Dr. Dre, Kenny Chesney, Keith Urban, Sammy Hagar, Slash, Roger Daltrey and Julia Roberts.

50 Cent has been going after Diddy relentlessly over these freak off parties and mocking him for having all that baby oil. I was curious about when this feud actually began so I did my research — and by that, I mean I googled it. Google told me, “The feud between 50 Cent and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs began in 2006 when 50 Cent released his diss track The Bomb. In the song, 50 Cent claims that Combs knew who killed The Notorious B.I.G., a rapper and close friend of Combs who was shot and killed in 1997.” And they’ve been going back and forth ever since. Fast forward to November of last year when Cassie Ventura filed a $30M lawsuit against Diddy, accusing him of horrific violence and human trafficking — a lawsuit Diddy basically settled within 24 hours, by the way. Cassie signed a contract to keep her mouth shut, but the next month, 50 Cent announced he was already working on a documentary about the allegations she made in her lawsuit. Back in May, 50 Cent confirmed that Netflix had won the bidding rights to his project, and it is getting close to completion. We’re still waiting to get a firm release date. Meantime, an 11th person has come forward to accuse Diddy of assaulting her at his New York recording studio back in 2001, videoing it and selling it. Thalia Graves hired high-powered attorney Gloria Allred to represent her.

Back in 2020, Jenna Dewan became engaged to Broadway star Steve Kazee. They’ve had 2 children since, but haven’t managed to make it down the aisle because JENNA IS STILL MARRIED TO CHANNING TATUM. It’s been 6 years since they split, but Jenna has been holding out for more of that Magic Mike money. Channing’s been holding onto it with two fists, but perhaps being engaged to Zoe Kravitz motivated him to reach an agreement. That, and a judge said if they can’t agree to terms, this is going to trial in December. Page Six says Jenna and Channing finally came to an agreement. We don’t know all the terms, but each is waiving spousal support. They’ll also meet with a judge privately over any future conflicts with their child support agreement for 11-year-old daughter Everly.

Back in May of 2022, Post Malone and his girlfriend welcomed their baby girl into the world. He’s never revealed the baby’s name — or his girlfriend’s name, for that matter. Fans have surmised it to be Jamie. But Posty did get the initials DDP on his forehead, which are apparently his daughter’s initials. Then in August of 2023, Post was a guest on the Call Her Daddy podcast and shared how he proposed to his girlfriend — let’s just go ahead and call her Jamie. He said he was super drunk and had just lost a bunch of money gambling in Vegas when he asked Jamie to marry him. Shockingly, she said no. However, Jamie did suggest that he ask her again the next day when he was sober, which he did. That time, she said yes. And now, all this time later, DeuxMoi says preparations are underway for Post and Jamie to finally tie the knot in Florida. She says it’s happening this month, so we assume it will be this weekend. DeuxMoi says it’s expected to be an intimate affair with just their closest friends and family there to witness the happy occasion.
