Production on the Australian set of the fifth “Pirates of the Caribbean” movie “Dead Men Tell No Tales” has ground to a screeching halt. Johnny Depp hurt his hand a few weeks ago and it’s just wasn’t healing. So he flew back to the US for surgery on March 10 to have a pin put in his finger. Filming will pick up again on April 15.

Police in Santa Fe arrested a man who threw a banana peel at Dave Chappelle during his standup routine Monday night. Police say 30-year-old Christian Englander didn’t like jokes Dave was making about his buddy in the audience, so he took the peel from a banana he’d eaten earlier and threw it at him. Security escorted the guy out and yes, he did seem to be a bit drunk. He was taken to jail and charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct and battery.

A source told TMZ that the only reason Terrence Howard is paying his ex-wife Michelle a ridiculous amount of spousal support is because she threatened to blackmail him with pictures and videos he feared would ruin his career. Reportedly, Terrence is about to take legal action against Michelle to have the spousal support payments stopped.
