Stop asking them about doing a “Friends” reboot. It’s not happening. Jennifer Aniston told Variety, “Look, it’s not been without our desire to, because our fans have wanted it so much,” but she said the producers won’t allow it. Jennifer said that while she and her five castmates haven’t all sat in a room to discuss it, they would’ve loved to have done something together, like maybe re-design a couple of episodes. But it doesn’t matter because the producers say no. Marta Kauffman — who co-created the show — said a reboot could potentially ruin the show’s legacy. Several years ago, she told Rolling Stone, “The show is about a time in your life when your friends are your family. It’s not that time anymore. All we’d be doing is putting those six actors back together, but the heart of the show would be gone.” Plus, she said the show is doing just fine. People still love it. And a reunion could only disappoint….

Pharrell not only lost a $5.3 million copyright lawsuit for “Blurred Lines,” he also took a lot of heat for the songs chauvinistic lyrics. Pharrell told GQ that he’s now embarrassed by that song and some of his other older music because of the sexist language that he used. He said, “I realized that there are men who use that same language when taking advantage of a woman, and it doesn’t matter that that’s not my behavior. My mind opened up to what was actually being said in the song and how it could make someone feel.”

Mike Johnson blew it with Demi Lovato. We knew it the minute he bragged on what a good kisser she was. He actually glossed over it when he was asked about dating Demi on “Strahan, Sara & Keke.” Mike said, “I made a mistake. I don’t like dating in public…” and then he turned to Keke Palmer and asked, “…but if I were to ask you if we could go on a date in the public…” Keke was completely flustered as Michael and Sara egged Mike on. Keke refused to accept on the air, repeating that she was at work, and Michael tried to defuse the situation by telling Mike he could get Keke’s number during the commercial break. Well…….did he????

After doing chemistry reads with several other actresses including Cuba actress Ana de Armas (“Bladerunner 2049), British actress Ella Balinska (the upcoming “Charlie’s Angels movie) and Eiza Gonzalez (“Baby Driver” and “Hobbs & Shaw”) the role of Catwoman to Robert Pattinson’s Batman is going to Zoe Kravitz! The Hollywood Reporter says the four women were narrowed down to two late last week, but we don’t know who lost out to Zoe….yet. “The Batman” hits theaters June 25, 2021.
