Don’t you hate it when you show up at a restaurant first but the hostess won’t seat you until the rest of your party arrives? That just happens to us common folk, right? Nope! It happened to Diana Ross when she showed up at La Scala in Beverly Hills to meet her daughter for lunch. Diana arrived first, but La Scala has a policy — they don’t seat incomplete parties without a reservation. And, apparently, that applies to Miss Ross, too! Witnesses told Page Six that she she threw a complete diva fit and then marched over to a corner booth and sat down. The manager came over and explained that she was not going to be served, but Diana didn’t move. Once her daughter showed up, there was a huge argument. Daughter knows where her inheritance is coming from, so she stuck by her mama’s side and they both stormed out.
A couple more pop stars have decided to take the plunge into the world of fashion. “American Idol” judge Nicki Minaj and Maroon 5’s Adam Levine from “The Voice” are both about to sign deals to create their own lines of clothing, accessories and housewares. And one source says their lines will be going into a mass retailer, like Kmart, Walmart or Target. Nicki and Adam’s lines should be ready to go before next holiday shopping season.
TMZ is reporting that an overseas tabloid offered Kim Kardashian and Kanye West $3 million for the first pictures of their child, and they said NO. Do you believe it? Sources say Kimye has no plans to sell the baby pictures to anyone, but others believe they’re holding out for more money. But Kim’s still sticking with that story that while she’ll film the pregnancy, her baby won’t be featured on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”
Lindsay Lohan is due in a NY courtroom today to face charges related to assaulting a psychic in a nightclub back in November. If the judge finds that she violated probation, he could send her straight to jail. If Lindsay doesn’t show up in court, a warrant could be issued for her arrest. So how did Lindsay spend her final hours before her scheduled court appearance? Partying at a London nightclub until 5:00 Saturday morning.
Last week, Justin Bieber was hanging out in a Newport Beach Hotel room with his buds apparently smoking a bud. Somebody took a picture and it looks like Justin is holding a joint. Sources say those close to Justin think he’s being influenced by his friend Lil Twist, who reportedly was the one rolling joints for Justin. In fact, Lil Twist was the one driving Justin’s Ferrari when he was pulled over for speeding. A photographer was killed trying to take pictures of who he thought was Justin.
