Jason Trawick was appointed Britney Spears’ co-conservator when she signed on to do “The X Factor.” But having your fiance acting as your babysitter sorta kinda took some of the romance out of the relationship. So now that she’s not going to be the show any more, Britney wants to go back to having just one babysitter/conservator, and that would be her daddy. Jason is completely cool with that. He doesn’t want to babysit her anymore, either!! As far as their wedding………Don’t look for that to happen. They’re telling people it’s postponed, but it doesn’t look like it’s going to happen.

Back in 2010, Demi Lovato checked herself into rehab to deal with her issues, which ranged from eating disorders to anger management to cutting — at least, that’s what she admitted to publicly. But Demi doesn’t want to risk falling back into her old habits, so she decided to move into a sober living facility, and apparently she’s been there for over a year. Demi does own a home in LA, but she’s staying at sober living for an undetermined time.

Kelly Osbourne told “Fabulous” magazine that Lady Gaga has the worst fans in the world who basically told Kelly should kill herself because of the mean things she’s said about Gaga’s fashion choices on “Fashion Police.” Gaga blogged a sort of open letter to Kelly: “It used to make me truly sad when I would hear people talk about your weight when you were younger, as I was bullied too. To see you blossoming into a beautiful slender woman who makes fun of others for a living is astounding….’Appearance’ is the most used reason for bullying in the world…I am pointing this out not to take a crack at your character, as we’ve met before and you’re lovely.” Gaga also said she can’t control her fans, but she does discourage them from negativity and violence.

Justin Bieber’s former bodyguard is suing him for more than $420K in unpaid wages and overtime, and for unspecified damages for assault and battery! Yes, Moshe Benabou claims Justin beat him up!! Moshe says that back in October, he was backstage with Justin and his entourage and Justin thought Moshe was trying to keep one of his friends away from him. Moshe claims Justin’s buddies started egging him on, saying that Justin shouldn’t put up with that. So Justin just went off on Moshe — yelling at him and then punching him over and over in the chest and upper body. When Moshe didn’t retaliate, Justin turned around and yelled, “You’re fired!” In the lawsuit, Moshe says he devoted himself to keeping Justin safe for almost two years, and he deserved to be treated with respect and dignity. Wonder how much that’s going to cost Justin?!
