Bruce Willis is serious about his music. He’s reportedly thinking about suing Apple so he can pass on his massive iTunes collection to his children after he dies. Apparently, Bruce has spent thousands on his iTunes collection and reportedly he’s concerned that the rights to his music collection will be passed back to Apple, entitling his kids to nothing. Sources say he’s looking at setting up trusts to act as legal “holders” of the music, but could also bring a lawsuit against Apple to clarify the terms in their policy or force a change.

The divorce battle between Heidi Klum and Seal gets uglier and uglier. Heidi took her kids on a vacation to Sardinia and was seen being awfully friendly with her longtime bodyguard. Seal lashed out, accusing Heidi of fornicating with the help during their marriage. But his rep says now, “Seal would like to clarify that he was not implying his wife was cheating on him while they were together, but rather he was pointing out that they are separated and the divorce is not final, so they are legally still married.” Whatever!! “Vanity Fair” is coming out with an explosive story about how Tom Cruise auditioned a fellow Scientologist and actress named Nazanin Boniadi to be his wife. Back in the fall of 2004, Nazanin reportedly was told she had been selected for a very important mission, not knowing that the mission was to be the next Mrs. Cruise. She ended up falling for Tom, but he decided she wasn’t the one for him and she was kicked to the curb. When she confided to a friend how upset she was, that “friend” reported her back to Scientology who accused her of breaking her confidentiality agreement, and punished Nazanin by forcing her to clean toilets with a toothbrush and making her sell copies of Dianetics on street corners. She finally resigned from the religion. Tom’s rep issued a statement calling the “Vanity Fair” article a lie.
