To protect his staff from further cuts, Jay Leno has taken a 50% cut in his own pay! Last month, more than 2 dozen employees of “The Tonight Show” were laid off. Jay didn’t want anybody else to lose their jobs, so he volunteered to give up half his $30 million salary.

Back in 2008, he and Scarlett Johansson sneaked off to the woods in Canada to tie the knot, and last night, Ryan managed to pull off secret wedding number two! There’s been no confirmation from their reps, but Ryan and Blake Lively were married at the Boone Hall Plantation just outside Charleston, SC. Blake’s bestie Florence Welch from Florence + the Machine performed at the reception. Bette Midler also sang a little something-something for the newlywed couple and their closest friends and family.
