“Sons of Anarchy” actor Johnny Lewis — who dated Katy Perry back before she became famous — was found dead yesterday after allegedly murdering his 81-year-old landlady and her cat and then plunging from a roof. Neighbors heard the landlady screaming inside her home and called 911. Before police could get there, Lewis ran out of the house and tried to break into a neighbor’s home. Two men trying to stop him ended up getting beaten pretty badly with a piece of wood. And then Lewis ran back into his landlady’s home and tried to climb up onto the roof. By the time police got there, Lewis had either fallen or jumped from the roof. They found his body in the driveway. The bodies of his landlady and her cat were found beaten to death inside the home. Police believe Lewis was high on PCP or meth at the time all of this happened.
I hope those One Direction boys have a financial advisor, but it sure doesn’t sound like Harry Styles is listening to one. At he age of 18, Harry has plopped down a huge chunk of cash on a $5 million mansion in an exclusive area of North London. The home is already nicknamed Harry’s Party Palace. It’s got 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and three reception rooms…Is that the same thing as living rooms? Plus there’s a car lift in the garage which will let him park four cars in there. Harry had been living in a flat in the East End of London but wanted to move closer to his friends. No word on if he’s dating anybody right now, but he’s been linked to much older women in the past. Hmm……
Amanda Bynes has pleaded not guilty to two counts of hit-and-run. TMZ reported it first. Amanda was charged with one hit-and-run in April and another in August. Prosecutors initially declined to charge Amanda for the first accident, but after she was accused of a second one, they reopened the first case. If she’s convicted on both counts, Amanda faces up to a year in jail. She’s due back in court on Oct. 19. Meantime, Amanda’s still facing one DUI charge and two charges of driving on a suspended license.
No matter how much Ryan Lochte said he wanted to be the next Bachelor, he never had a chance. A show insider told the “Huffington Post” that Ryan was never in the running. It was always between Sean Lowe and Arie Luyendyk — the second and first runners-up to Jef with on F, who ended up winning Emily Maynard’s heart or whatever you want to call that mess. The insider says ABC decided to go with Sean because they thought he’d have a better connection with viewers and would produce better ratings.
Congratulations to Reese Witherspoon and her husband Jim Toth. Their baby boy Tennessee James Toth was born yesterday and everybody is doing great. Reese has two children from her marriage to Ryan Phillippe — 13-year-old Ava and 8-year-old Deacon.
