A judge in Tennessee has thrown out a lawsuit filed by two black men who claimed they were rejected by “The Bachelor” because of their skin color. The men said, Just look at the facts. Every bachelor in the show’s history has been white. They claimed producers were afraid that their predominantly white audience wouldn’t be accepting of an interracial relationship. But the judge told the men to go back and read the First Amendment. That would be the one about Freedom of Speech. He said the court can’t tell TV producers how to cast their show.

And to add fuel to the fire, Adrienne’s personal chef, Bernie Guzman, took pictures of her from behind — naked from the waist up — showing red welts on her arm and across her back. Bernie then posted those on his personal Facebook page and wrote, “It’s a secret I have kept…He must be stopped.” He added, “Adrienne did not put me up to this…I’m sure she will be relieved everyone knows.” In sworn court documents, Adrienne claims she was a victim of domestic violence. But Paul’s attorney told TMZ, “Any suggestion that the photos show my client struck Adrienne Maloof is a complete fabrication.” He says he can’t speculate how she got those marks, but, he said, “I know the woman does martial arts.”
