After 3 years, it is finally over. A judge has thrown out Sam Lufti’s lawsuit against Britney Spears and her family, saying that Sam provided zero evidence that they had ever done anything wrong to him. Sam said Britney was an out-of-control drug addict who owed him money…her dad Jamie punched him…her mom Lynne defamed him in her book. But the judge says she thought long and hard about it and threw the whole thing out because “It’s the right thing to do.” Sam will immediately appeal.
Amanda Bynes says she is suing “In Touch” magazine for running a story that said she was walking around a tanning salon in NYC recently wearing nothing but goggles. One source says she looked “painfully thin”…”seemed totally out of it”…and “didn’t seem to care that everyone saw her naked.” But Amanda says this is not true and she’s suing. She told “Us Weekly,” “I’m not ‘troubled.’ I don’t get naked in public. I’m 26, a multi-millionaire, retired. Please respect my privacy.”
TMZ is reporting that the woman who’s accusing Cee Lo Green of sexual battery secretly recorded a conversation in which Cee Lo admitted to slipping her Ecstasy because he thought it would help them have more fun together and then apologized. The woman told police that that back in July, Cee Lo took her to a restaurant in downtown LA. They had a drink. And that’s it! That’s all she remembers. Next thing she knew, she was lying in bed naked and there was Cee Lo. He, of course, is denying any of that happened. And, according to those who know such things, Ecstasy doesn’t make you unconscious.
Selena Gomez has been named Glamour’s 2012 Woman of the Year. In the accompanying article, Selena tells the magazine that she is so thankful that her mother worked hard to get her out of Texas and to LA. She said, “I’m terrified of what I would become if I’d stayed there. I’m sure I’d have two children by now.” Yes, because every girl raised in Texas has a couple kids by the time they hit 20.
It’s just like old times! Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart did their first joint interviews to promote the final “Twilight” movie yesterday. They were both very lighthearted during the interviews, with Kristen acting awkward like she always does. Kristen told “People” that she felt like every scene in this final movie ends with a kiss, and said that she and Robert would always “really, really prepare” and that they executed their plan very well. Sounds like a couple of kids in love, right? Good job, you two.
