Will Smith dropped by Canadian gamer xQc’s house for an interview on his Twitch stream. The topic of movies came up, and Will had big praise for Michael B. Jordan, who’s been tapped to star in a sequel to his 2008 horror survival movie, I Am Legend. But then xQC brought up his favorite Will Smith movie, Hancock. Will said, as a matter of fact, “There’s a really cool, really cool Hancock 2 idea. We haven’t even talked about it so I’m gonna give you one little piece — Zendaya will be approached for a role in Hancock 2.” In the 2008 movie, Will played an alcoholic, reckless superhero suffering from amnesia and a bad public image. As luck would have it, he saved the life of a PR agent (Jason Bateman) who tries to help Hancock rehabilitate his image. But then it turns out Hancock has a history he can’t remember with the PR agent’s wife (Charlize Theron).
Lady Gaga’s 7th studio album Mayhem is dropping on March 7. Her lead single Disease dropped back in October and the second single, Abracadabra, is now No. 13 on the Hot 100. Gaga stopped by Vanity Fair to do that lie detector test thing they do. Her 2009 music video for Telephone came up. If you remember, Gaga and Beyoncé go on this Tarantino-esque murder spree and then there’s a “To be continued….” tag at the end. Gaga was asked, “Will it ever be continued?” And she replied…. slowly…. “Yes.” Followed by, “When?” And she said, “I don’t know…” Will Beyoncé be involved? “Maybe.” Then she was asked, “Is it taking forever because of scheduling conflicts with Beyoncé?” And Gaga said, “No.” The polygraph confirmed this was all true.
