Spider-Man bonus scenes… Diplo’s wedding post… Meet your new Ursula… Lil Nas X makes it obvious… and Taylor Swift went off on a Tumblr blog

“Spider-Man: Far From Home” is out tomorrow and I don’t consider this to be a spoiler. This is HELPFUL. From what I’m gathering because I have not seen it, there are two bonus scenes in the credits. The first one reportedly happens pretty quickly and the second is at the very end, meaning you have to sit through all those names scrolling by, including dolly grips and best boys and caterers and drivers…..But from what I understand, it is imperative for Marvel fans to stay till the very end.

THIS was the weekend for celebrity weddings! “Vanderpump Rules” took over a castle in Kentucky for the wedding of Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor. Brittany had 12 bridesmaids, including Kristen, Lala, Stassi and Ariana from the show. Katie was matron of honor. After saying she’d probably miss the ceremony because she’s mourning the loss of her mom, Lisa Vanderpump did show up. Lance Bass performed the ceremony. Katherine McPhee married David Foster, and we can’t let that go without reminding you again that she’s 35 and he’s 69. This is his fifth marriage and her second. Zoe Kravitz married Karl Glusman at her dad Lenny’s house in Paris. Also getting married just outside Paris were Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner. Diplo posted one photo of himself outside the venue, joking that his phone had been confiscated because he live-streamed the Las Vegas wedding. He reportedly took over the DJ booth at one point. But we’re NOT hearing anything about the Jonas Brothers performing.

Variety posted that Melissa McCarthy is pretty much signed to play Ursula in the upcoming live-action “Little Mermaid” movie. That sounds like a good choice until you hear that Lizzo wants the role!! First she retweeted the Variety post, adding the sad, tear-filled eyes emoji. Then she reposted her video from last Halloween when she was dressed as Ursula and sang “Poor Unfortunate Souls” with the caption, “I’M URSULA. PERIOD.”

The last Sunday in June is National Pride Day, and yesterday Lil Nas X used the opportunity to reveal what he already thought was pretty clear…he’s gay. He tweeted, “some of y’all already know, some of y’all don’t care, some of y’all not gone fwm no more. but before this month ends i want y’all to listen closely to c7osure” followed by a rainbow emoji. For those of us who listened and still didn’t get what he was trying to say, he followed that up with a tweet of the cover art for his EP and captioned it, “deada** thought I made it obvious.”

Taylor Swift went off on a Tumblr blog yesterday, blasting her old boss at Big Machine Records, Scott Borchetta, for selling the label and her entire music catalog to Scooter Braun without giving her a heads up. Taylor said she realized when she left her label that she was leaving her masters behind. She said, “I made peace with the fact that eventually (Scott) would sell them. Never in my worst nightmares did I imagine the buyer would be Scooter.” Celebrities are taking sides. On Team Taylor are Cher, Halsey, Iggy Azalea and Todrick Hall, who went so far as to call Scooter homophobic. On Team Scooter are his feisty wife, Justin Bieber and Demi Lovato, who said Todrick’s accusation was way out of line and completely untrue.
Taylor Swift called out Scooter Braun after she found out he now owns her entire music catalogue: “All I could think about was the incessant, manipulative bullying I’ve received at his hands for years.” https://t.co/5vNTNmZnvj— E! News (@enews) June 30, 2019
