This video has racked up over seven million views and 1.6 million likes on TikTok.  It’s a woman in a car holding a “notarized legal document” saying that if her fiancé cheats on her, he has to PAY HER BILLS. 

She didn’t mention what would happen if she cheats on him.  It sounds like he’s in the car too, but you only hear him in the background.
