By using some of the most mundane objects, Charlie Cooke has created some of the most weird and wonderful sound effects that you see in movies.

In many Hollywood films, sound effects are added in post-production, usually in a state of the art studio but Charlie has taken to his shed with a microphone and recreates some ASMR sounds.

Sounds such as a neck breaking is produced by snapping a cucumber in half whilst the perfect rain effect is cooked up with frying bacon and eggs.

His obsession in sound design stemmed from a documentary showing the behind-the-scenes elements of the production including the sound effects.
