A TikToker known as “Tunnel Girl” has been building a huge tunnel under her home near D.C. that’s at least 22 feet deep.  But the project just got shut down, because you can’t just do that without a permit and tell the whole world. 

She’s waiting to see if her town will let her keep digging.
