Tuesday was a bit of a jumbled mess. After hearing so much about it, I finally got to Twisted Root for a jumbo messy ooey gooey cheeseburger. So it looks like Thanksgiving is at Auntie Crazy's house this year. I don't have Emma Kelly and I got uninvited from my original offer to go to the Cowboys game, so Haven stepped in to rescue me. Friday night I decided to run out really quickly to Toy 'R Us because they were having a 2-day sale and I figured Saturday would be a nightmare. I knocked out all the kids on my list! 1 16 oz. pkg. macaroni noodles, cooked in salted water

1 pint of heavy whipping cream

At least 1 lb of medium cheddar cheese (or sharp, if you prefer)

about 1/2 lb. of muenster cheese

3 eggs, beaten up in the whipping cream

about 1/2 stick of butter (butter is better than margarine)
