Today’s overachieving teacher is SaRenna McDonald and she is planning on using the money to purchase an amazing end-of-the-year celebration! Read what she wrote below.

“This has been a crazy time from March 2020 until present day, and it isn’t getting any better soon. Our students and staff are working hard to try and keep things going with rigor and a smile.”

“I would not use the money on supplies for learning. I would create an amazing end of the year celebration for my kiddos. Face painter, popcorn, cotton candy, snow cones, music, custom t-shirts, food truck and whatever else the money would afford the kiddos. I would give them the fun that has been taken away from them due to COVID. They deserve some fun and I just want to help create a little bit…”
