An Overachieving Math Project
An Overachieving Math Project

Today’s overachieving teacher is Kristina Rebmann and she is planning on using the money to purchase different types of origami paper to use in a math project! Read what she wrote below.

“Origami paper to create different origami figures and animals. Students are creating/inventing their own origami figure as well as researching other origami to create. After a Math unit that reviews shapes, interior angles, perimeter, etc. I decided to incorporate the art of origami into the unit so students can appreciate and manipulate shapes and folding techniques to create amazing pieces. With 100+ students currently, money would be used to purchase different types of origami paper to use in the project.”
