Today’s overachieving teacher is Alison Ramento and he is planning on using the money to build confidence for students! Be sure to read what he wrote below.

“The common comment when I ask kids to write a story, name, or anything dealing with writing is, “I don’t know how!” If I am selected the money would go towards buying Handwriting Without Tears. It is a research based curriculum that teaches how to print letters. There are many components that use touch, movement, and give support to students who need them due to lack of exposure or a disability. This does work as I used it on my own child who does have a disability. I want the students to gain confidence and no longer say, “I don’t know how!” Thank you.”

Deserving teachers could win $500 for their class HERE!
