Today’s overachieving teacher is Kolby Gilbert and she is planning on using the money to replace many stolen things from last year! Read what she wrote below.

“In Agriculture we cover wood working and I am teaching a wood working class this year. Last year after the back to back hurricanes, we were lucky that out school had least amount of damage in our parish but the cleaning crew that came to repair and clean stole many things around our school. In my shop I had two drills, all my tape measures, a staple gun several other small hand tools and what was left of the nails and screws; we had build projects with. I would use the 500 to replace these hand tools and fasteners.”
