I was looking through some entertainment magazine the other day and I saw a pic of Jason Derulo. He’s a good looking guy. I’m secure enough to say that. but the thing that struck me about the picture was all of the designs that he had carved in his head. It looked great for him but I said to myself, “I guess I’ll never have designs carved in my head!” It’s not that I can’t go to the barber and get it done. It just hit me that that’s one of those things that I will likely never do. It’s kind of like when I go to the beach and see a European guy in one of those Speedo swim suits. When I see that guy, I say to myself, I guess I’ll never do that. Its not that I “Can’t” do it… I just know that I probably never will. I have no idea where these thoughts came from today.

Speaking of never, it seems like I never will meet some of the local cousins of my girlfriend but I promise that I will. It seems like when she invites me, I’m always busy but I promise it’s not on purpose. I’ve met her brother and I met her parents a while back. But man, this weekend, I was so tired after our quick trip to San Antonio and I had a few work things that I had to do and I had to go see my mom. I don’t want to be that guy that never does what the girl wants to do.

Ok, here is something that blew my mind over the weekend. Apparently, ladies and gentlemen, there is…wait for it… ok, here it is…apparently, there is an Easter Chicken!

Now, for the 75% of you that knew this, you are not who I’m talking to right now. But for the 25% of you who are just as amazed as I was when I heard this, isn’t that amazing??? Who knew? There is Cupid, there are reindeer, there’s the Thanksgiving Turkey. But who in the heck ever knew there was an Easter Chicken? Yes, I knew there were Easter Eggs. But to be honest, I never really gave any thought as to where the Easter Eggs came from. I’ve never seen an Easter Chicken costume at the costume shop, have you? I bet not! Please let me know that I’m not alone here. Where are all of these Easter Chickens around here on planet earth? Is there an Easter Rooster too or is this just a chicken thing? I NEED ANSWERS!
