We’re ready to hear from you! Each year we take between 40 and 50 families to Walt Disney World on an all-expense-paid trip. This year’s trip will be November 15-19.

You’ll get to experience Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Our great medical staff will be there to assist every step of the way.
