I was being scatterbrained 🍸on Kellie's @kellierasberry Facebook Live the other night about teeth whitening so here's the deal. I'm a little OCD about my teeth because I was self conscious about them as a kid. 😊 I brush with Colgate and floss every day. Never a cavity!! For whitening, I use Plus White which I've found at WalMart for around $5-7 bucks. The kit comes with a tray but it didn't fit me so I had my dentist make me a tray. Just follow the instructions in the kit or it could make your teeth super sensitive. I do it about once every 6-8 months for about a week each time. Good luck! #Colgate #everydropcounts #pluswhite
