So Monday night during halftime of game 7, this girl walks up to me and says: “Big Al, will u hire hire me?”

My response: “Yes!”

She started last night.

Who needs to take time to ask a name, ask about experience, or references. Ain’t nobody got time for that…honestly, my track record on employees hired by me is actually, pretty bad. In fact, my manager at the bar made a list of the last 5 people he hired and the last 5 people I hired. 4 out of his 5 still work for us. None of my 5 still work for us. They pretty much all sucked!
