The big Kidd Kraddick Morning Show Christmas party was this past Saturday Night. But it was not without a little drama. Here’s the deal. Every year, we are fortunate to have a party somewhere and we gather to eat, drink and have fun. Then after, we end up at my bar for an evening of Karaoke fun. This year, Kellie suggested that we have the WHOLE party at my bar since we end up there anyway. Of course I agreed. I always LOVE hosting a party. And sure, I would love to host OUR party. I even said that I would close my bar for a few hours. Well, that was before that I knew that the SEC Championship game was going to be that same night. To add to my dilemma, The University of Alabama was going to be playing in this Championship Game. Well, My bar is an official watching location for the Alabama Alumni group. This is the first year that they have been coming and it was really tough to earn their business. So, I couldn’t really see throwing them out. So I came up with a plan. I would put up a curtain to keep our party separate from the football watching. No Problem, right? Well, Kellie wasn’t happy. But this was really my only possible resolution.

Anyway, after a LOT of inner office drama, The Football Game and the Christmas Party went on without a hitch. Neither interfered with the other and all was well. You can check out a few pics on my Facebook page.
