Tomorrow we are submitting our food items as well as my “Bio” for approval to become a Food vendor at the State Fair of Texas.

I actually did this a few years back and I was turned down. But like they say, “If at first you don’t succeed…” Well, I am trying, trying again. It’s a lot of work just to submit this for approval. There is a 10-page application. You have to take pictures of the food items. And I guess they just have to like you as well. Who knows how they actually decide who gets in and who doesn’t. All I can do is try my best and pray. But clearly, being approved for the largest State Fair in the United States is a HUGE deal.
