Turning A Negative Into Something Positive
Turning A Negative Into Something Positive

It’s been a long week. My best buddy has moved away and I really didn’t know what to do with myself this week. I have been going to sleep a little earlier this week as things have drastically changed in my everyday routine. But, it’s a new normal so I really don’t have much choice than to deal with it. I have decided to use a little of this newfound “Free time” at the gym. And tomorrow, I plan to actually get on my bike and ride around the lake. I haven’t done that in years. So, there you go. Turning a negative into something positive.

I didn’t really get the impression that my date from last week wanted to be anything more than friends. And that’s fine. We have been friends for years. So, this weekend, at the time of writing this blog, there are no dates lined up. But that’s fine because this Saturday, Blake is coming to my bar. OK, it’s not exactly Blake Shelton. But it is a Blake Shelton Tribute band. I booked these guys over 3 months ago and Saturday is the day. This should be LOTS of fun and I bet I won’t be able to help myself. I’ll have to get on the stage for at least a couple of songs.
