Kidd wanted to know what everyone on the show eats..so Kellie, Jenna, Big Al and J-Si agreed to keep a detailed food diary this week. So far, who’s diet mostly resembles yours?

Coffee with 2 Sweet ‘N Lows and non-dairy creamer
6-pack of cheese and peanut butter crackers

Diet Pepsi

Tsp almond butter

Monday 3/25
Breakfast: Protein Shake with almond milk and a banana. Two cups coffee

Snack: Apple with 1 tbs. peanut butter

Lunch: OatFit Oatmeal with cranberries and agave nectar

Green tea and pre workout drink
5 saltine crackers
almond milk yogurt

Pre dinner because I wasn’t planning on having more food after this: bean burrito from taco bell with no cheese.

still hungry so i cooked a filet that had been in my fridge for 8 days that I opted to cook and gave me food poisoning which kept me up all night long.

Half a bottle of Pepto Bismol

Monday 3/25
5 am
– 5 egg whites, and protein shake.
7 am- oatmeal with agave nectar, protein shake, and almonds
9 am– 5 egg whites and quinoa
12 pm– Turkey breast sandwich with pepperjack cheese, hummus, avocado, and spinach. And a sweet potato with a agave nectar, and a lil bit of brown sugar.
2 pm– protein shake and cup of oatmeal
5 pm– recovery fruit smoothie with protein
8 pm– baked poblano pepper stuffed with chicken breast, goat cheese, cut up asparagus, and yellow pepper. Potatoes with olive oil and a bit of shark cheddar. Spinach salad with quinoa, walnuts, avocado, and balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
10:30 pm– protein shake
